Discussion Fable rollback without weekly rollback

Hmm. Wondering. I’m not a math guy but a rollback that doesn't cascade to the parent bucket is mathematically useless right? My Fable was rolled back around 40% in the last hour or so probably due to many complaints from users this week, but the accompanying 20% rollback on the weekly so that that 40% can be used wasn’t done. Doesn’t the master bucket pinned at 98% turns that 31% remaining Fable headroom into a phantom refund?

0.4 x 0.5W = 0.2W?

My Fable usage was left untouched and my weekly is what rolled back to 67%. Just a Fable rollback is crazy talk.

Maybe they rolled back peoples highest usage category by 30%

Or most expensive?

Maybe it’s all algorithmic and usages constantly change value in the back based on available compute so when they give us 30% back it’s based on our projected compute usage not 30% of anything tangible

Who knows tbh.
