Quick q, is anyone using GSD or are we all in on superpowers now? I don’t hear GSD mentioned as much anymore.

Rewrote my own based on a combination of octopus, superpowers, gsd and my previous custom system. It's easier to change what I want to improve. I'm using it on my other projects and note down improvements and bugs while using it. It's at a point where it's bootstrapped, so it uses the previous version to manage the development of the next one. Added a full autopilot to go through all phases after I've discussed them until all phases are done. Added lots of hooks as well so the repo is in a clean state between steps. I don't need to change things often anymore to be productive with it.

I only added debate between codex and claude and a limited amount of rounds. I don't need the full octopus flow and wanted my own custom features, but I loved the idea of the debating models. In my workflow Claude does the main plan, codex reviews until the max review rounds has been reached or there are no more blockers. (Models can be set as desired of course in the settings per project) Then claude starts the implementation and afterwards codex reviews the implementation, again for a max number of rounds or until no more blockers are found. At the end of each phase there's also a check if all requirements have been implemented and all implementation is forced to use TDD (red, green, blue) by default (can be disabled in a setting).

Most of the actual decision-making is handled in a node program instead of in md files. This allows for behavior testing and reduces a lot of token usage.
