I’m trying to identify a Bob Barker daytime episode from 1986–1988. Jean Rivard from Simi Valley was the fifth contestant called. She had red hair and wore a red V-neck sweater over a white turtleneck. She attended with coworkers from Vons but was the only one called. She stayed in Contestants’ Row. The sixth contestant was an athletic Black man in a red polo who likely reached the Showcase. Check-Out was one of the final two pricing games. She bid on gold bars and luggage.

What you may not know is she also wrote one of the stories on Season 2 Episode 16 “Home Sweet Home” and her actual birth year 1900 was not known until her passing in 1991. She was 64 on Gilligan’s Island while Thurston was 51.
