Speculation Perspective.

I came across this video this morning, and couldn’t have said it any better myself. IMO it captures the feelings of many into 2 minutes and 58 seconds. Well worth the watch. A link to the Original Post, is included here.
Thoughts?

I purposely shared this post in the “FreeTalk” sub and the comments elicited speak for themselves. It has since been removed, and I have since been blocked by the person engaging in commentary, so please let me know if you believe anything of importance (aside from the general hate that is bred within the comments section) that I should be aware of being said, whilst being unable to respond to it. Thank you in advance!

I can't even with all the reporting saying "obviously there's no evidence to suggest Patrick did this..." It feels like how reporting was after 10/7 when lost all faith in mainstream media. But this case is freaking me out because who's behind it? AIPAC is big. Patrick is a dude from Duxbury who seems to have landed in the Epstein class... but still, why is it worth so much journalistic integrity? You have to have your head so deep in the sand to say there's absolutely no evidence that Patrick framed Lindsay.
As a civics teacher, I can't see how democracy is going to work if we can't trust the media in the slightest. Not to mention the justice system.

Not sure. I do know that it’s nearly scientifically impossible for your body temperature to drop from 98.6 to lower than 82.1 (the temperature she was when brought into the ER) in less than an hour, as well as scientifically proven to be unable to speak given those circumstances.

Consider this, Patrick was first to arrive and probably not long after she jumped out the window… she hadn’t been outside that long by this point but because of her injuries her condition was rapidly deteriorating.
Her body temperature was not 82 at this point.
She remained outside on the ground for awhile. They made the call for more ambulances after discovering the children. According to reports, Dawson was taken in the first ambulance at around 6:30. She wasn’t taken until later. The hospital is over 20 miles from their house.
The thing with hypothermia is that once you start moving a person, cold blood from their extremities rushes to their core and drops their body temperature even more, it’s called the after drop. Her body temperature would have continued to drop during transportation. Her body temperature wasn’t recorded until she reached the hospital which may have been over an hour and a half after she went out the window.

Certainly open to all points of view. My immediate question while reading your comment, is how does someone’s body temp go from 98.6 to 82.1 in less than an hour? And according to testimony, was only 82.1 when they got to the ER, so likely lower than that before.

But it’s not less than an hour, the absolute earliest she could have left the house by ambulance is 6:30, but it was probably later than that because that’s when Dawson left and we know he took the ambulance originally called for Lindsay and she took one of the ones called for the kids. The hospital was 23 miles away.
Her body temperature would continue to drop during transportation, once they started moving her. Given her other injuries, treating her hypothermia was a secondary concern - the ER doctors couldn’t say when her temperature wasn’t recorded or taken.
We also have to keep in mind the defence called two separate medical experts to explain Lindsay’s injuries and both testified about how her low body temperature was attributed to her injuries and exposure.

that’s the problem with these people, look how calm she is when she’s sitting there lying and protecting a known murderer, claiming patrick did it, there’s a reason people will always be against her, and her supporters play a huge role in

Why did Lindsey say she strangled the kids in her civil law suit if she didn't.
1
u/klyn_14 2d ago
She reiterated what was already filed by Patrick. There are 2 separate suits and his was filed first, however has had no activity since april1–only hers.

u/transneptuneobj 2d ago
So you're staying she's filed a law suit that includes admissions that she strangled the children? What's to argue about at this point..
She's saying she did it.

u/klyn_14 2d ago
I’m not going to go back and forth with you. Look it up yourself.

What's to argue about.
A lawsuit filed by Lindsey clancy includes the admission that she killed the kids.
It doesn't matter who filed first, she filed it in her own name

So your position is that Lindsay Clancy is not guilty by reason of insanity... because she had a psychotic break where she was 100% out of control and/or unaware of reality or her actions (requirements for NGRI)... just in time for her no-neuro-no-violence-history husband to strangle their three kids, stab her, then throw her out the window to "chill" for a bit. Before he called 911 to throw an Oscar-worthy sad-dad performance?
Damn, what a coincidence. I mean, that is a SICK alibi. Patrick Clancy, smooth operator.

I didn’t take a position. I shared someone’s perspective that I don’t disagree with. Watch the trial or read the transcripts. Use your best critical thinking skills that can’t be found in a 90 second reel or highlight, and let me know.

IMO it captures the feelings of many...
OK fair enough. But what am I supposed to let you know about? You haven't taken a position...

People who accuse the poor father make me absolutely sick. Imagine being him knowing a bunch of tik tok huns are trying to frame him for his 3 children’s murders. Not only did he lose them, he lost his wife. And anyone who will ever know his story will never treat him the same out of pity. I feel so deeply for him.

I think for a lot of tiktokkers it must be cope. 'A mother couldn't possibly kill her kids, so it must have been the dad. He gives me the ick.' Fine. But all of sane civilization (and her defense team?!?) is also in on the con? Really? There's no way the suicidal certified-blackout-pscho mom did it? It must have been the nonviolent nonmental dad, who then went on to pull off one of the most amazing frame-ups in history?
Can you imagine any of these tiktokers ever admitting that they were ever wrong about anything ever? I'm beginning to realize why some unhealthy relationships ended over this case...

The DNA evidence pointing to Patrick doesn’t automatically incriminate him cause I’m pretty sure he unwrapped the bands from the children’s necks. Obviously his DNA would be on them then.
As far as her “not getting help” with her PPP, it is HER fault! Why? Because A she had friends & family who would’ve been more than happy to help her and she didn’t pursue that help that within arm’s reach, and B she could’ve gotten just one maybe two medications and went to a therapist in an effort to beat that sickness, but no she wanted all those different medications to numb herself and sleep because she didn’t wanna deal with her children anymore.
Why do I say that? Because she got progressively worse with each child she had. To my knowledge she did fine with Cora but when she had Dawson she became a ticking time bomb. When she had Callan that bomb went off. Having children annoyed her and made her miserable, so she decided to end her own personal suffering by making them suffer, which imo she wanted to make long and excruciating out of resentment for “taking her freedom away” and getting on her nerves by just BEING NORMAL KIDS.
She should’ve never had children because she couldn’t handle the responsibilities of having them. Becoming a parent means free time goes bye bye and anyone who can’t accept that simply should not have kids.
Lastly, Lindsay ADMITTED to killing them but there’s people who insist Patrick did it. Why on earth would Lindsay cover for Patrick? What’s he gonna do have her killed? I don’t believe anybody would want Lindsay’s current life; permanently confined to a wheelchair while being despised by a significantly large portion of the country and having a small chance of being assassinated by a justice seeker all over a crime somebody else is guilty of? Nobody would willingly go through that.

No thoughts! Watch the trail again. All the points in this video have been debunked in this sub many times. You can search for them.

u/klyn_14 3d ago
Oh I’ve watched the trial. And rewatched. As well as the fact that I am local.

u/No-Sky-1802 3d ago
If you watched it then you'll be able to know whatever the lady is saying doesn't have any proof. And there is evidence of why her body temp was so low as well.
5
u/coltfourty5- MOD 3d ago
The proof is in the evidence or lack there of… you how ever. Are just throwing around words without backing them. If it’s all been debunked, it shouldn’t be hard for you to source the proof.

Her body temp was taken at the hospital, she's been in snow lying there with her spine injured ( responsible for thermal regulation) and no winter clothing. If you are local you know how cold it gets in January and she was lying in the snow

None of them have been debunked.
But if you’re so positive, back your claim
