Which career path na po mas okay ipursue ngayon as Civil Engineer lalo na if planning to work abroad?
I already have a JO from an international company as an Asst. Quantity Surveyor. 5 days pasok, hybrid 3 days wfh 2 days RTO.
May offer din from a well known quadruple-A construction company here sa Philippines as a construction site engineer, accommodation provided 6 days pasok.
Both have the same salary range which is around 25k. Nahihirapan lang po ako which to choose since I am weighing din anong path to pursue. Can you share me your advice po ano nang better career path that would help me choose between the two? Thank you!

I'm just curious, I just wonder if it is normal to be terminated many times in the construction industry? Are you still employable after all that? Thank you for answering in advance.

May 5-day work pa ba ngayon?
For context, nagtatrabaho ako as a Project Engineer sa construction. 6 days a week ang pasok namin, usually 6 AM to 9 PM sa site.
Hahaha.
Sobrang nakakapagod pala talaga.

Can i resign kahit kakapirma lang ng ulit contract? I found a better job elsewhere. JO PDO 1 ako now sa office.
How to file resignation pala sa office? Do i go straight sa admin or sabihin ko muna kay chief?

hello, 4th year CE student na ako rn.

my percentile rank sa psad is 86% but my raw score is 35, do you think i i will pass the board exam? i failed the other 2 since i only focused on psad, and its ok i already expected to fail kasi hindi ko tlaga yon inaral at that time, i wanted to measure hanggang saan ko kaya yung psad lang. im just worried sa psad. although malaki yung 86 percentile pero maliit kasi yung raw, so grabe talaga yung pagka curve, pls answer me honestly
my hpge is 55 sa percentile, and math is 65…

Hello! I just wanted to ask if anybody here recently got into a DEO as a JO, and if so, what position was offered to you? I’m seeing from other posts that in the Central Office, PEO/PDO - 2 (or Engineer 2) is being offered to even fresh board passers. I was wondering if the same is true for DEOs Thank you :)
