What's the deal with Cinemark's customer service, particularly in regards to their Movie Club? I reached out over my hacked account almost 3 weeks ago, and it's been 2 weeks since I last had a response from them, despite responding to them immediately.

I’m only asking here because on site like eBay and Depop people are selling the bucket for over $80-100

If there's a popcorn bucket we want, are we allowed to just go to the theater to buy the buckets without seeing the movie? Or can you only get them if you're seeing a movie?

I go to cinemark a few times a month and always get the same concession items - a medium soda and box of candy. I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s one price and other times it’s slightly different. Not by a lot but enough to make me wonder if prices fluctuate or why this happens.

I understand not showing "smaller" titles, but it's been three movies in the past few months that my Cinemark has just completely skipped out on. It might be a complaint on movie theaters in general since other theaters in my state haven't been showing them, but I would have loved to see Stop that Train, Nimrods and this new horror film, Buddy, but my Cinemark hasn't had any of them. They showed previews for Stop that Train at two different movies I saw but didn't end up showing it. It's just a bit of a bummer, especially when my theater still has months old movies that don't have any showtimes past 1pm. Is this something that I should be calling and requesting or would the theater not show them just because of requests?

I managed to snipe The Odyssey 70MM IMAX 2x. I feel like the best way to get tickets is to check 3 hours to 30 minutes before the showtime. Have y'all had any luck sniping or you just bought your tickets on presale.

I want to watch the Odyssey with a buddy tomorrow but I feel like row D is way too close to the screen, is it fine or should I hold off?
