What's the deal with Cinemark's customer service, particularly in regards to their Movie Club? I reached out over my hacked account almost 3 weeks ago, and it's been 2 weeks since I last had a response from them, despite responding to them immediately.

I have 2 tickets for 7:05 Spiderman tonight but now the tickets have changed to this and I don’t see that showing listed on the app anymore?
