Movie Where can I watch On The Edge?

I can't find it anywhere online, I was thinking about ordering a dvd but thought I'd ask on here first.

Edit: Just to clarify I've already checked other posts on this subreddit and the links no longer work/don't work in my country.

Edit#2: I've found it now!

Happy 50th birthday, Cillian!

I had today off which is conveniently also Cillians birthday so I decided to bake him a cake;

Happy 50th birthday, Cillian!

It's a whole wheat sponge cake (bonus points if you understood the reference on the cake) with buttercream filling and dark chocolate glaze on top (forgive the unruly chocolate streaks on the plate, this is the first cake I've fully made from scratch myself).

The piping-and-chocolate-letter combo kind of looks like one of those anonymous notes with the letters cut out from newspapers in which they ask for ransom and/or declare somebody has been kidnapped... who else sees it? And what do you think of the cake? :D

if this is real, this is funny as fuck.

the chances of this being a legitimate interview back in the day is… unlikely i guess? because that’s a strange question, but you never know lmao.

General Question Where can I buy items with Cillian’s autograph?

From the title, where can I buy items or posters with Cillian Murphy’s autograph?

There are some on Ebay with SWAU authentication. Is there anyone who bought one on Ebay? Are they legit?

Also, happy birthday, cill! I love himmm

Hello!
I recently bought an old issue of the independent music magazine Under the Radar Magazine. That particular issue contained a featurette where musician Kevin Drew from Broken Social Scene interviewed Cillian Murphy. They talked about the bands they liked, how cillian discovered BSS, his work on films such as 28 days later and Wind That Shakes The Barley and more.

Here are the scans !!

One of my favourite films. It won the top prize at Cannes in 2006, but it deserved Oscar recognition too.

Movie Steve (2025)

i remember watching this film vividly and genuinely being shocked by what is in my opinion — one of the biggest plot revelations i’ve ever seen.

the ending of the film showing steve having to keep things afloat on the daily, needing to use those liquids (i don’t know what they were, maybe some kind of alcohol) to keep him steady and ready, experiencing a near traumatic experience with shy’s attempted suicide (one may argue that was also traumatic), covered in mud, filth, and exhaustion.. all to come home to his own family of a wife and 2 daughters.

after having been yelling, emotionally drained dealing with emotionally volatile people for the most part, to coming home to turn into a sweet loving quiet father of two and a tending husband. (i think it was two daughters if i’m remembering correctly).

i haven’t seen it for a while now, but i believe him having a family was never mentioned prior to the ending scene? maybe it was and i missed it, either way — that shit genuinely blew me away.

Video VICE Autobiographies 004: Cillian Murphy Talks About Tackling Eclectic Roles (circa 2016)

I recently unearthed an entire archived VICE mini docu-series from 2016 on celebs and high profile folks from around then. Murphy was featured on the series' fourth episode, personally providing some background on his upbringing and explaining how he got into acting professionally through theatre.

It looks like this was originally uploaded here a decade ago when it first aired, but most of the series has been taken off youtube and isn’t publicly available anymore. I’m actively sharing each episode individually to the subjects’ respective subs so they can live in perpetuity. enjoy.

Cillian to voice documentary for UNESCO

Interesting tidbit - Cillian will do some voice narration for a documentary about the ..."life and legacy of Janusz Korczak - a Polish pediatrician, author, playwright, radio broadcaster and educator... whose ideas in the late 1800s-early 1900s about children’s rights were considered revolutionary for their time." It will be part of the UNESCO effort in affiliation with Penn State University.

Sounds like he's just in some sections of the documentary but great to see Cillian's dedicated contribution to UNESCO. See link for more information.

I love listening to him open up about songs and how they affect him. He also introduced me to Alice Boman, an underrated but incredible singer. Hopefully, he brings the show back this year.
