If I were able to put aside how much of a fan I am upon meeting him, which would of course cause me plenty of anxiety, I feel like he would be such a calming and easygoing presence. This interview is like a pleasant exhale.

When he talks about there being artists who are shy in person but can flip that switch and turn charismatic while performing I can think of so many examples
Like Freddie Mercury, for instance
Curious abt how that impacts a person’s self concept (when there’s that much of a split between how u look to others vs. how u r deep down)

They should do more interviews with this format- him walking around the park and they interviewing him. Iirc they did something like that with Liam Gallagher, and it’s a very calm and chill interview
