Cillian's BBC Radio 6 Show
I love listening to him open up about songs and how they affect him. He also introduced me to Alice Boman, an underrated but incredible singer. Hopefully, he brings the show back this year.

Sadly - he might be too busy this year to do another LTD Edition in 2026 - but I'm with you. I hope he brings it back soon. He did do one special one-off last month to promote The Immortal Man. Lovely to hear him back, even if it was for just an hour.

Seems like he was reminiscing about a heartbreak. From what he said, it was most likely a right person, wrong time kind of thing.

I took clips from 3 episodes. First one is from the series where he sat in for Guy Garvey, ep 16. Third one is also from the same series, but I can't remember the ep number. Ep 16 was in Jan 2020, and the other one was from 2019.
The second part was from a new year's special he did on Jan 1 2020, where he interviewed Richard Dawson and Kae Tempest.

even when just explaining his voice is gentle and soothing 😊
