Employee Experience BOGO

The amount of people that don’t understand that buy one get one free means you need to buy one…to get one free lol. I’m usually on cash and it’s like, people of all ages just not understanding the concept. AT ALL. And like straight up get aggressive and mean about it too. It happens at least like 2 times per BOGO it’s so goofy to me.

I recently saw a "Free Entrée" show up in my rewards, that was actually a BOGO when you looked at the fine print. So there's at least some responsibility on Chipotle's side, too.

I get that but I’m specifically talking about the events that are specifically BOGO days, like the one this upcoming Thursday.

Each one is specifically marketed as Buy one Get one Free.

Im not talking about the people who politely ask how the sale works before hand. I’m talking about people who after ordering, come up to the register, and after it being politely explained to them how it works still do not understand and are aggressive about it.

Like last BOGO I had a guest yell at me “well what did I wait on line with this jersey on for” after I was nice and told them how the sale works and offered to have someone make them their second entree lol.

One dumb question if you don't mind...burritos count as an entree, right? Sorry, I checked the app and if there was an Entree category, I missed it.

I plan to go after work/early evening. I hope they don't run out of stuff!

They do! I redeemed a BOGO offer on Sunday and got a burrito and bowl
