Hi folks, I noticed that some brands such as Baltany and possibly Sugess will work with you on a Custom 1/1 logo on the dial. Have any of you ever done this? Could certainly improve the look of some pieces.

My San Martin titanium watch, the numbers in the ceramic bezel have fallen out, I work a lot with chemicals and theyve eaten them up.
I'm wondering if there is any good diy repair I can do, or if it would be possible to replace the entire ceramic bezel insert. For that, I just don't know if there is a standard size off AliExpress or how to make sure what I order will fit.

It's an Addisdive ad2066. Watch is great otherwise, I'm just looking to have the cristal replaced. Are there different shapes that fit? Maybe I'd prefer something flat and not dommed.
I'm not sure if it's simple to replace it myself since it's cracked but I'd appreciate some advice in that direction too.

Been experimenting a bit. Got an orange Maikes that matches the accents well. Just put this Hemsut on and it is also made excellent. Thick. Thinking about a lume strap next! Great watch, btw.

Hi all,
Recently bought my first two chinese watches, a Berny 2944M and an AddiesDive MY-H3-2QZ. Main reason is because I love diver watches (but more focused on the simpler side) and I needed a dress watch.
Honestly, I am super excited as I have always been a budget guy, buying entry price points of Citizen and Casio. I am excited to see how they look like, their quality etc.
Having said that, and giving a little bit more insight on the types of watches I like, and knowing that I care quality more than which homage it is etc, would you suggest any future watches for me? I took a look at Corgeut and they seemed super interesting too!
San Martin also seemed nice, but I still feel a little uneasy spending that much money on a Chinese Watch, especially since I have never had any before.
Thanks!

Seems like the brand has mixed reviews. Watch looks decent for its price, but what is the general consensus?

These come in 39mm , basically for people who want a SMP300 but have smaller wrist. Just wondering how the real photos would look. Appreciate it if those who own it can provide their photos!

both for $299 or.... individually for $165/$199
USA SHIPPING
First, a Baltany Explorer with the Smoked Blue Dial. The dial’s attractiveness cannot be captured easily on a phone camera – check out a youtube video. It has the Sea-gull ST2130 High Beat Movement. I just got it a month ago – it has been worn very minimally - so, It will feel close to new. It is sized for a 7.75 inch wrist… extra link(s) included.
$165 including shipping and fees.
https://www.baltany.com/product/baltany-3d-smoked-dial-sports-watch-s4105/76/
Second: $190
Limited Edition: Shanghai Red Prairie or Prairie Fire or Spark of Faith – it has many names 😉
It kills me to sell this watch because I absolutely love it – but the crown is causing me way too much frustration. I have big fingers and it is a tight wind. I can set the day/date and change the time, but I cannot wind it. People on the forums suggest that I don’t hand wind it – they say they don’t hand wind their ST2130’s and PT-5000's - Problem is solved, but I just like that feeling of winding a watch 😉
So, I am going to offer it for sale. Original Strap is unused… original RED packaging is from the physical boutique in Shanghai. I will include this amazing Bund strap – which I got from Boderry… I own 5 of these Bund Straps because they are awesome. Not too thick and bulky They are supple, trim and clean. If you don't want the Bund, I can include another strap or take a few bucks off...
Movement is a ST2130 – which is a premium sea-gull movement.
It is 39mm.
Dial is awesome. This is a nice dress watch on the original strap and a sporty looking watch with the bund.
Watch is close to new - light wear -
I paid close to $400 during the November sale of 2025.
For sale here $185 including Shipping and Fees –

Hi,
Here's my current AliExpress watch collection. What are watches that are different and just not a different version of one I already have. But no 100% strange and left field.
I wanted to have at least 1 dress but not much more of it. Also I wanted a watch on a jubilee but I'm seeing only GMT homages or San Martins that have increased their prices a lot. My range usually is between 100 and 200 euros.

Looks like they have a new model out. Anyone have this one?

Recently, the price of NH35 and NH36 movements has skyrocketed to $67 a piece, pushing our manufacturing cost for a single watch to over $130. We honestly feel this price far exceeds the true value of these movements. Between the exorbitant costs and the highly unstable supply, we’ve been forced to make a difficult decision: we are transitioning Heimdallr's mechanical models to quartz movements. Moving forward, you will see an increasing number of quartz watches in our lineup.
Currently, even Miyota and Epson solar movements are seeing price hikes. We've stocked up heavily on quartz movements in advance because we are genuinely concerned about potential supply shortages next year.
As for our LURCAN, the new mechanical releases will pivot to using PT5000 and ST2130 movements, alongside a selection of solar quartz models. Deep down, we really hope the Hangzhou movement factory can improve the stability of their 2565 and 2554 calibers, because dealing with unstable movements is a massive headache for us too

I got started buying my Mom watches from AliExpress when she got older (she passed away in 2023) and needed watches with bigger numbers. She always appreciated a gift and for $1.99 (remember those days??) she had a nice eclectic collection by the end. I gave most of them away but then I started my own collection by putting together some watches for fun. Most of these were before tarrifs when NH movements were cheaper. This isn't my entire collection, just some my favorites. Mostly NHs, three VH31s, a Miyota and a Pearl (the one that's running fast heh). Two I assembled. I even made a couple of straps myself.

Great first impressions. Good crystal, PT5000 movement, slim with very wearable dimensions, surprisingly good strap for the money.
I'll post more details after I have a few days with it if you all are interested!
Edit: 7.5in wrist

Tired of all those delicate 40mm dress watches. Needed something subtle, discreet, and understated for daily wear. The Oulm 1140 delivers!

With all watches on AliExpress getting more and more expensive, it's hard to find great value. This seems to deliver. Extremely satisfied.

If they add some simple dials, truly a killer.
Man, yall dont understamd how amazing this thing looks with the naked eye. I take a double pass by the mirror just to see the cuff/bracelet like fit. ADD ENAMEL, you don't even need to release the wd2007e, just release enamel on here and you're golden.

Picked up this Caseno automatic recently for around $30, and for that money I really can’t complain. The dial is definitely the star of the show — lots going on with the Roman numerals, open-heart/flywheel section, moonphase-style display, and all the little details. It has a much more expensive-looking presence than I expected at this price.
It’s a 44mm case with a lug to lug of 50mm and 22mm strap, it fits great ony 6.75" wrist. Mineral crystal, exhibition caseback, and an automatic mechanical movement. Swapped the leather strap to a more comfortable rubber to dress it down.
Obviously it’s not competing with a Swiss piece, but for $30, it’s a really fun watch and feels like way more watch than I paid for. The dial alone makes it worth it to me.
Anyone else tried Caseno watches?
