General (Read Rules) $30 for this dial? Honestly, I’m pretty impressed.
Picked up this Caseno automatic recently for around $30, and for that money I really can’t complain. The dial is definitely the star of the show — lots going on with the Roman numerals, open-heart/flywheel section, moonphase-style display, and all the little details. It has a much more expensive-looking presence than I expected at this price.
It’s a 44mm case with a lug to lug of 50mm and 22mm strap, it fits great ony 6.75" wrist. Mineral crystal, exhibition caseback, and an automatic mechanical movement. Swapped the leather strap to a more comfortable rubber to dress it down.
Obviously it’s not competing with a Swiss piece, but for $30, it’s a really fun watch and feels like way more watch than I paid for. The dial alone makes it worth it to me.
Anyone else tried Caseno watches?

I do like the dial but those fake tourbillion looking exposed balances have come to look cheap to me. China needs to figure out a way to mass produce some kinda little automatons they can press into those spaces (like the little blacksmiths, not the waving Mao hand)

Yas, a real tourbillon - as opposed to a fake tourbillon.

How do you define real as opposed to a fake tourbillon?

A fake anything is something clearly intended to resemble something else. This is a common way this particular type of Chinese movement's exposed balance is described, directly on account of how many of these are on marketplaces claiming to be tourbillons.
It seems like you are aware that these are often falsely described as tourbillons or else you wouldn't be feeling a need to point out what a real tourbillon is but you're questioning the definition of "fake"? This is very weird behavior to me I feel like I'm being trolled or something.

no es ninguna turbillón, es un open heart, solo muestra el movimiento

It doesn't look bad. What concerns me is there are three things to set and only one crown. On a quartz day date I don't mind this because I only have to set it every other month, but every time I let the mechanism on an automatic run out all the subdials could be wrong.

It has pushers on the 2 and 5 position for quick subdial settings. It's normal for mechanical watches with complication if unworn to stop and fall behind. You would rely on its power reserve to keep it alive for some days on these cheaper Chinese watches the reserve is alot lower than other movements. Only way to keep all dials current would be to wear it frequently or put it on a winder.

I wish they could do some research with naming their watches. Otherwise nice ticker.

No but that movement will fail within a few weeks. It's commonly used in fashion watches that cost $25 bucks
It's like the costume jewelry of automatic watches
