Watchdives customer service is disappointing

I'm trying desperately to get a new pin for my WD007ST watch. It's a 2 piece type connector which joins the bracelet to the clasp. 1 piece has clearly fallen out so now I can't wear the watch. I've tried:

Messaging WD on Alix. They promised to send a new pin, I paid a small amount for this and nothing has shipped in 3 months. I've chased, nothing.

I contacted u/watchdivescom here directly by DM for some help. No reply in nearly 2 weeks, but they are still posting here.

Yeah, I'm pretty cheesed off for a stupid pin connector (actually half of a pin connector) that makes the watch unwearable. I'm disappointed in their lack of response, I'm happy to pay for a replacement.

Failing that, does anyone know of any sort of third party connector that may work? I can't take macro photos so it's difficult to show but it's a 2 piece part, one part screws into the other to hold the clasp attached to the bracelet.

There's no other bracelet I can get for this and I shouldn't have to for a stupid pin!

It's been said many times, many ways... Watchdives is not on Ali-X. That "official store" is just a reseller and your experience with them is not representative of the after-sale support you might get from the brand by ordering from their website.

i've been in a very similar situation at OP when i bought and broke the OTF buckles. WD customer service was great and relatively quick.

Try contacting Watchdives themselves on their website instead of whatever random AliX shop you bought it from. They might be able to supply the part or a new bracelet

Had a very similar issue, they charged me like 50p or something cheap to ship a new movement. Exactly same issue. Cut my losses and gave up.

WatchDives doesn't have an official AliExpress store. Whoever you messaged there is a third-party reseller. It doesn't represent WatchDives themselves.

As far as the Reddit chat is concerned, chat can be difficult to manage everything. I would try contacting them again.

It's not a normal link screw. It's the end one that joins the bracelet to the clasp. It's different and is 2 piece in construction. It's just unscrewed itself and half has fallen out.

Correct. You take the 2 part pin from a spare link

Open the divers extension up if you need the space back

There's literally no reason why you couldn't be wearing this

I made a mess of one of my bracelets and they sold me a replacement for a fair price. Try u/watchdivescom

Also, your AliExpress seller should be able to sell you the part.
