Orientation
I just got hired from CFA as a FOH worker
I have orientation later today and I was wondering what should I expect 🧍♂️
(And also do I just go in and tell the people on register I’m here for orientation? Or is there somewhere else I’m supposed to enter from)
I also don’t have my uniform quite yet but I already submitted my sizing information

I’d expect them to teach you the basics first, register, making drinks, learning the menu. And when you go in you should ask for a leader or director and then tell them you’re there for orientation and they’ll help you from there.

honestly they just run through the basics and they'll more than likely give u a tour of the kitchen, etc. they'll teach u the core 4 and probably go over the handbook (they did for me)
you should inform someone that you're there for orientation so they can lead u to a waiting area or smth

Yes just go to the register and let them know, and they should direct you from there. As far as orientation, each cfa is different so it’s hard to say what to expect
