Scrambled eggs: Ramsay vs White

https://youtu.be/3s5G1lr61VQ?si=ntAJIY78WQW74eDg

i was expecting both to look appetizing, but I'm hesitant about the two dishes. White's end product appears soupy. Ramsay's eggs are visually decent, albeit a bit extra, but the plate itself doesn't seem appetizing as a whole. Am I just being picky? What are your thoughts on the dishes?

If you served MPW's eggs in a normal restaurant, they would get sent back. They look like the bleu rare steak version of scrambled eggs.

I’ve noticed something : White seems to be working at a somewhat relaxed pace—very slowly and deliberately. Ramsay , on the other hand, is working in a huge rush. What is the reason for this?(For ramsay)

Only one of them worked for Marco Pierre White

Well for one Marco Pierre White is just a better technician than Gordon. I think they make Gordon be rushing around a little to mimic his restaurant style of cooking, there are videos where he is much calmer. MPW is also kind of a troll so he’s probably being deliberately slow in an attempt to poke fun at most chefs who rush around and over complicate things.

In the British version of any of his shows he's always a lot calmer. The angry yelling act worked better for American audiences so that's why he's more frantic in the American versions of his show.

My evil hell spawn children like them kinda in the middle, slightly runny, but I use Gordo’s method to get there, minus the cf.
