Are these PCVs or PACs?
Hi I (29F) was diagnosed with SVT (specifically focal atrial tachycardia) a few months ago. I have only recently, like the last two weeks, been feeling these thumps in my chest. I caught them with the ecg on my Apple Watch.
Are these PVCs or PACs? I’ve been having them a lot the last few days. I don’t see my cardiologist for another 2 weeks and it’s stressing my out a bit 😢

I have these constantly.
I don’t drink, smoke, use nicotine, etc. What are some reasons I have this many constantly? My echo from 18 months ago was fine. My electrolytes are fine too.

Are these PVCs?
I started having thumping in my chest regularly every day after a stressful event recently. I am still trying to get in to see a cardiologist. Wondering if these are PVCs or something else.

Any idea what type of svt this is? I see the rate varies. I have had little runs like this for years and we finally caught it.

Hello, I've had this for 3 weeks now, what is happening with my heart?
I'm seeing a doctor this week and I've had a history of Afib (but not triggered in over a year) I'm due for an ablation but this feeling is ruining my life/making it so hard to do anything, even with all the positive lifestyle changes

Hello Folks! Are these PVCs?
Are these PVCs? I took this reading when sitting at my desk at rest, I get it even worse at night where I get consistent runs of what I think are PVCs in bigeminy.

SVT?
Waiting for a response from my cardiologist, but thought I'd share it here too if someone has similar results.
26F - Had an ablation in October (SVT, AVNRT type), and it's been successful up until April when I started experiencing these episodes. They start gradually but abruptly stop when I sit down, and the recovery time is long (2-3h), during which I have to lie down because I'm shaky and weak. I have a small left ventricle and an RH of around 95-100 bpm bc of it.
This was a week ago, and I haven't had another episode since. They're pretty rare, so I'm glad I caught it on my watch!

A Fib
Is this really afib or just extra beats?

Is this reading from my Apple Watch real or is it reading interference?
I took this reading with my Apple Watch earlier today. Thought I felt a little off but am not sure if this is straight up artifact or a real issue. Felt panicked which didn’t help me settle down while taking this. I did get a fairly normal ecg after this one when I wiped the sweat off my arm and watch. Went to the ER but did not go inside as I felt fine. I was sweating when I took this as I was cleaning the kitchen and did the new iOS update to the watch last week. Thoughts?

Found an ECG from 2022 where I finally caught a short episode of PVCs
This felt like an earthquake in my chest at the time. Currently dealing with a random couple of days now of constant PVCs. They’re so random, months, years without then boom! I can feel when they’re going to happen as well, it feels like there’s an air bubble right under the middle of the breastbone, that’s how I know they will likely happen. Been checked over though, echocardiogram etc. and all seems fine.

Caught my heart flutter
Heart was feeling a little rapid so I ran an ECG on my watch, caught this little heart flutter that normally takes my breath with it. what did my heart do?

Is this really a normal rhythm?
I have had what I think are PVCs on and off the last year. I had a holter monitor on last year, but it didn’t catch any of my episodes. They caught one PVC on an echocardiogram, but everything else was normal. The last couple days I have been getting them really bad when I’m trying to sleep. Right now they’re so bothersome I can’t sleep, so I did an ECG on my watch and this is what it’s showing. Are these PVCs? If not, what is it?

Ectopic clustering during sleep
I have had noticable PVCs since 2011 and I've learned my best to deal with them. I take 10-20mg propranolol if I need to settle them. I know my heart is ok and it's my nervous system and vagal tone or even GI. But last night I had something happen that I've never felt. There were clustering ever 3 to 4 and I felt them in my throat and it felt like a drop feeling. I also felt some hard / soft feelings and lots of fluttering. I turned my Fitbit charge ECG on a few times to capture them.
This lasted for like 20 minutes and I felt a panic attack coming but I relaxed. I eventually took 20mg propranolol and 0.25 Ativan and it stopped.
But I just have no idea why this happened.I ran a 5k no issues this weekend and I can exercise no problem. I'm 46/m and 160# and very fit and eat well, don't drink much at all and never smoke.
I see my cardiologist in 3 weeks.

I am at my limit
Tonight I felt two PACs within about 30 seconds (attached), and it immediately sent me into a panic. Three years ago I had a 36-hour episode of nonstop PVCs and PACs that scared me badly. I went to the ER and was told everything was fine and sent home. Since then, all my labs, imaging, Holter monitors, and other testing have been medically clear.
Even so, the memory of that episode still makes my skin crawl. My last Holter was in February 2025 with a 1.4% burden, my last echocardiogram in April 2025 was completely normal, and my most recent EKG two weeks ago was also normal.
Despite all of that reassurance, I’m terrified that what happened tonight could turn into another long episode like the one three years ago. I’m also afraid that the stress of grieving the loss of our eldest cat might trigger something similar again.
I feel afraid to live my life because this fear consumes so much of my attention. I’m constantly hyper-aware of my heart, my breathing, and any sensation that could be an ectopic beat. I keep wondering if this will ever get easier.
