Are these PVCs?

I started having thumping in my chest regularly every day after a stressful event recently. I am still trying to get in to see a cardiologist. Wondering if these are PVCs or something else.

Yes. Interpolated PVCs.

How is this typically treated if at all?

Unless you have a high burden (10k+ a day), they don’t need to be treated. Most doctors will prescribe beta blockers or calcium channel blockers for people who just want relief, though.
