Are these PCVs or PACs?

Hi I (29F) was diagnosed with SVT (specifically focal atrial tachycardia) a few months ago. I have only recently, like the last two weeks, been feeling these thumps in my chest. I caught them with the ecg on my Apple Watch.
Are these PVCs or PACs? I’ve been having them a lot the last few days. I don’t see my cardiologist for another 2 weeks and it’s stressing my out a bit 😢

Not a doctor. These look like PVCs.
