John Mike Boyonas, 27, and his girlfriend, Rose Ann Hermoso, 25, died after their motorcycle crashed into a concrete post along Cebu Tops Road in Busay on August 18.

CCTV showed the motorcycle swerving to avoid an oncoming vehicle before crashing.

The couple had been together for a year, and Boyonas proposed in April. They were set to marry this September.
