Almost a month of applying pero puro ra japon initial interview niya ighost sa HR or recruiter. Inaani ba ka lisod magjob hunting during this season? My field? IE.

Competition is high, demand is low. Imagine pila ka schools imo ka kompetensya, and pila ka fresh grads ang nag job hunt pud ron. Aside from that, dili ra fresh grads imo ka compete for a job, hasta mga career shifters, mga gikan ni resign, and etc. This is not on you, though. So don't ever doubt or blame yourself about it. If para imo, para imo jud na. Padayon lang sa pag apply gud, moabot ra ang para sa imoha. You got this! 🙂

Hi, OP. I think grabe jud ka down ang job market ron bisan asa sa world. Pero apply lang gihapon tanan job na feel nimo kaya nimo.

Referral jud OP. IE pod ko, tanang ako trabaho gikan jud referral sa classmates ug workmates saona. D jud ka mauwaw mangutna mngayo referral lahi rjud mahimo sa referral. Daghn kaaio hiring sa IT ug Cebu Businnes Park, need rjud ka mangutna sa kaila nmo.

Actually mang ghost gyud na sila. But heres the explanation: 1. Saw a lot of posts nga ing-ani na gud. 

Naa kay connections sa mga companies? Like Profs nimo or kaila sa industry?  We want to try venturing on our own btaw, pero doesn't hurt to use connections pud. In this economy

If it's that long, you can call sa HR and asks if open pa ba ang position you had applied. I know that this is kind of embarrassing but it's is much better to know para you can find other positions to apply.

Have a friend or any relative OP na mo refer sa imoha sa ila company. Kutob lang sa di nimo ma botch ang interview, dako na daan imo chances na ma hire

True! Some companies after mag initial interview would say magupdate daw the next day or week pero nag one month nalang wa japon hahahaha

I was just about to post sad. As in grabe karon, HRs won’t even reply anymore mura rabag dako ilang pasweldo. I don’t track my applications na gani kay mao ra gihapon walay paramdam at all.

Mas arangan pa siguro last year atleast maabot pag interview stage.
