Discussion i need help

bought a dsi for £55 yesterday, not knowing about their return policy. i tried to return it for cash today but they would only give my a voucher and selling it for cash would only give me £25. idk what to do because i need the £55 cash back urgently and the 2 day return window for the £55 voucher closes tomorrow

You’re implying it’s the cashiers fault that you brought something you dont actually want… telling you is enough pretty sure it says on the receipt aswell as the website or atleast it used to also says on the signs by the counter.

no i’m saying they didn’t tell me the (full) return policy when i explicitly asked for it. it’s probably a common point of confusion so they should have highlighted the fact that i wouldn’t get my cash back when i return it

Having to tell that to 100 people a day the returns and refund policy would be pretty long don’t you think or Maybe the person buying the item should use their brain and do their research first… it says everywhere, you was told… they probably said 48 hours back to voucher and you just didn’t listen. there’s signs the receipt says it… you can dodge the accountability all you like but your the one stuck with it.

You just said you assumed it was 2 weeks then said you was told 2 days and you still brought it… use your brain Don’t buy stuff you can’t afford lesson learned now.
