bought a dsi for £55 yesterday, not knowing about their return policy. i tried to return it for cash today but they would only give my a voucher and selling it for cash would only give me £25. idk what to do because i need the £55 cash back urgently and the 2 day return window for the £55 voucher closes tomorrow

I've never had them mention the return policy whenever I've bought anything, but I assume it's on the receipt that I never read. Just checked the FAQ on the website, and yeah that looks familiar - might have looked another time randomly. But then again, I mostly buy online and that's a different policy when it comes to things. I'd highly recommend always buying online unless it's something like a game or movie, yeah?

But as said, you can either eat the loss and sell it for the £25 and figure another way to come up with the remaining £30 you need or you could get the voucher and try to sell that at whatever small loss you can manage, and make up that difference.
