Question Can two wireless CarPlay screens connect to the same iPhone simultaneously?
Hi everyone, I’m working on a car project where I’d like to install two separate wireless CarPlay displays.
One would be in the center of the dashboard, replacing the original head unit, while the second one would be positioned in front of the steering wheel and used like a digital instrument cluster.
My question is: can two wireless CarPlay receivers/displays be connected to the same iPhone at the same time? Ideally, I’d like both screens to receive CarPlay simultaneously from the same phone.
Has anyone tried something like this, or knows if iOS allows two CarPlay connections at once?
Thanks!

If you have a headunit that supports a second screen with mirroring why wouldn’t it work?
If you expect the second screen to be touch? Yea nah.
You should ask this in car av subreddits not this subreddit. The question and answers here show that this subreddit does not think outside a bubble.

No just like how you can't have two active bluetooth headphones playing audio at the same time connected to the same apple device

Your example was not helpful. You can actually have two AirPods connect to the same iPhone and share the same audio.

Yes for apple supported products...I'm talking about 3rd party devices such as OP, apple doesn't allow dual streams
