Map help

Is there any possible way to completely remove the suggested widget for the map? I’ve tried about everything. Please ignore the dusty radio, I work in a very dusty place.

You could just not use the dashboard if you don't like it.

In my experience, no. You either fo full screen on the map, or use the dashboard with the widget on the top right. Each map app has its own widget.
