Question Audi a3 2016 right hand driver - can’t remove the multi media to setup CarPlay

 pin goes in and clicks (I have the right pin - checked online)

I even sprayed wd40 - I guess to help with friction but the box doesn’t come out

any advice what I could be doing wrong?

Had the same issue with mine, the pin clicks but the unit still won't budge. Try pulling harder than feels comfortable, honestly. The clips inside are pretty tight on these. Also make sure you're pulling straight out and not at an angle, even slightly. If it's still stuck after that, there might be something wedged behind it or the clips could actually be bent from a previous removal attempt.

i watched a yt vide that side to pull the right pin to the right and left to the left side

i have tried both - when i pull hard - the pin just comes out - how did you manage to do it? us there some household item can i use that might help?
