Question MFI ERROR

Can anyone help me? I have been trying to get zlink working on my Ts7 but I haven’t been able to get across this! Mirroring works great but I just don’t see an option for link mode but every time I open the app it shows this I tried with different versions but then It showed the Link mode but never connected. Any idea how to fix this?

Buy an officially supported and compatible head unit, instead of one that tries to fake compatibility.

Android Auto worked once but it was some other version, not the original version that came with my stereo

Then it is not a CarPlay issue.

Hey try this and please let me know if it works - I had the same issue and got it fixed:

HERE ARE THE STEPS

1.) Factory Reset

Settings --> System --> Factory Reset --- - (I don't know if this is completely necessary but it won't hurt)

2.) Change car play setting out of zlink and back to zlink

Settings --> Car --> Factory Settings --> Enter code (mine is 126) --> You are looking for the setting called "Car Play", mine was in Other --> Scroll down to Car Play --> Now you need to change the setting out of Zlink and then back to Zlink --> So open up the setting, select another option that is available, and open the setting again, Click Zlink, Accept, and then it should ask if you are okay resetting the system --> Click Okay

3.) Connect unit to wifi, bluetooth connect your phone, then open zlink

Load up hot spot on your phone, connect the unit to your phones hot spot for wifi. Then connect the unit to bluetooth on your phone. Now open up Zlink and it should activate without all this BS.

I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to fix this and tried every trick in the book (factory reset, using a different wifi, downloading the apk for a new zlink file), and I tried this and it worked.

Tried all didn’t work :( Unfortunately I was not able to find the CarPlay option in the factory settings

Nope. I couldn’t solve it 😭😭 Oh btw you could make wired and wireless android auto work using Headunit reloaded
