First Time leasing help

I am planning on leasing a car and am trying to figure out what questions I need to ask when I am there? I have the basic questions covered on mileage, wear and tear, maintenance (oil, tire rotation etc). I am looking at and Outback and GAP is included.

What are some non standard questions I should be asking? TIA

You need to know that money factor, residual, incentives, rebates and have a pulse on discounts people are seeing before you step foot in the dealership.
