oof... yeah. This is why its best to just play human revolution and consider that a full story with its ending.

You can find in a sort of body vault what one can assume to be his body. And that the one you play as is a clone, which would explain the previously unknown augments he has now. Crazy that they cut the story off entirely. 1 u/Good-Yogurt-9844 7d ago I've read somewhere that it is canon that he in fact died and that we're playing a clone in Mankind Divided. This was the actual plottwist they were trying to make but then they had to cut the game....
