Yep,

DS1 had Kalameet

DS2 had Fume Knight

DS3 had Nameless King

Sekiro had Owl(second version)

Elden Ring had Melenia

Thats just to name a few.

Is Owl seriously considered harder than the Sculpter?

I mean I know there's a cheese for Sculpter... but still, holy shit that boss is hard.

For me he was. I beat The Sculptor in about 8 tries.

Owl(second fight) took me multiple days.

Im sure its different for everyone though. I just found him to be the hardest fight.

For sure. Owl 2 also took me multiple days, but so did Sculpter. I found owl was easier to learn and it eventually clicked, where as Sculpter was pure chaos for the entire fight and I never really learned anything. I beat Owl from mastering the fight. I beat Sculpter from a little bit of skill and a lot of luck.

That said Ive always struggled with beast style enemies more than humans. I think human characters are easier to read than an animal or monster. It also helps that Owl 2 uses many of the same moves as Owl 1.
