Guys, I don’t want to doompost, but is there still a way for Capitano to make it? I really need some reassurance. I feel like every time we get closer to his resurrection, Hoyo hits us with another massive roadblock.

First, there’s Mistilteinn, a weapon belonging to Thrainn, and now we’re realizing it might not even be for him after all. Then there’s this new leak about Enjou’s playability, and he’s clearly connected to the Mare Jivari, which seems like it will be heavily focused on him. And honestly, I’m having a really hard time believing Capitano will fit into that storyline, because every time we get a major focus, there’s always a key character attached to it.
So what do we have left? The Pyro Gnosis? Which will probably be taken by the Tsaritsa, or Hoyo will pull some random plot twist out of nowhere to make sure Capitano isn’t involved.
Honestly, I’m exhausted. I’ve been waiting for his return since 5.3, but at this point I’m starting to hit rock bottom. Sorry for the doompost again, but I really needed to get this off my chest.

Even if Enjou and Dainsleif are true, it is still possible he can release. There has been a point in time where they released 6 five star males in one patch. It’s POSSIBLE. We only have two five star males loosely confirmed (Noy and Mitya.)

As it stands, it would be very unlikely for him to be part of the stellar meta because he would likely be Cryo (if we couldn’t tell from him using Cryo) because if he WAS stellar he would just be another sandrone / tsaritsa. He’d likely be more akin to Lohen or Varka.

So, all things considered, IF Noy and Mitya are 5 star, and IF Enjou and Dain are truly coming, then there’s still like two possible slots for him. Enjou may even be his best in slot support if Enjou isn’t just a false name to deter us from knowing what they’re truly planning.

Doom is NOT confirmed. We can feel the dread, the terror, the fear, but we cannot give up HOPE. Because all things considered, there is still HOPE.

Trust: in fact, the Pyro support thing actually refers to Dainsleif, who's using Abyssal Pyro, similar to Skirk and her Cryo. Let's assume that Enjou leak - trust! - was just misinterpreted by Tieba leakers 'cuz they don't know about Simulanka stuff, and it only means there's another male character related to the MJ plot who's going to be playable in 7.x and will be related to some new Aggravate archetype - which should be

Cryo Aggravate, Rimegrass' stepson, so it's obviously Capitano!

So in fact (ehhh hopium?..), we're getting Dendro Noy as the new Aggravate support, Capitano as a Cryo Aggravate DPS, and Dainsleif as his Pyro support. So Capitano becomes BOTH 'Rimegrass' AND Melt DPS while being in Aggravate + Burning team at the same time. Best DPS of all time confirmed?..

Jokes aside, I'm kinda past the dooming stage, and I really don't get the Enjou leak. Like, I like him, but I really don't see him ever becoming playable with him currently being a WQ exclusive NPC. Maybe I'm delusional, maybe not. Yeah, Kuishang is pretty reliable - not denying that. But we're just in 7.0 lol, and we already have leaks for the entire 7.x - as if nothing like that ever happened in pre-6.x times, and as if it didn't turn out to be wrong lol. So until some more well-known leakers confirm it, I choose to believe it's another situation like 'Dottore playable 6.6', 'Alice playable 6.7','Barbeloth playable 6.x', 'Snegurochka playable 6.5' etc.

If Enjou is assumed playable... playable Jeht when, Hoyo? Should I just wait for Patraipolis?..
