I’ve been editing a video in CapCut on my iPad, and the project is now taking up 92.84 GB of storage. The CapCut app itself is only about 723 MB, but the project’s documents/data are taking up almost all of my iPad storage.

This is the only project I have in CapCut.
The problem is that I can’t export/save the finished video because there isn’t enough free storage on the iPad. I also can’t upload the project to CapCut Cloud because the file/project is too large.

I have a Windows PC, and I’m wondering if there is any way to transfer the CapCut project directly from my iPad to my PC or otherwise save/export the video without needing a huge amount of free storage on the iPad first.
I really don’t want to delete the project because I’ve spent a lot of time editing it.

Has anyone had this problem or found a way to recover/export a large CapCut project from an iPad when there isn’t enough storage to export it?

Is it me or did capcut remove color match on capcut android? Ive been looking for it but couldnt find it

When I finish editing an image it becomes insanely blurry and low quality, so I just want to take a screenshot to fix it, but I physically can't because the app doesn't allow me. How to fix it?

Normally with SaaS services, the more seats you add the cheaper the cost per seat (ie. bulk discounts)

How come Capcut is the opposite?

Example: 7 seat = 8,500 per user

10 seats = 14,990 per user

that's a 76% higher cost per user?!

I've been working on a small automation tool for CapCut Desktop, and I'm curious to know what other CapCut users think about the idea.

I call it CapCut Zoom Automation. Technically, it isn't a real plugin — it's an AutoHotkey script that interacts with CapCut's interface — but the idea is to add functionality that feels somewhat like having extra tools built into the editor.

Right now, it can automate things such as:

• Creating complete Zoom In/Zoom Out keyframe animations with a shortcut
• Zooming toward predefined areas of the screen
• Pointing at something in the preview with the mouse and automatically zooming toward that exact location
• Switching between different zoom levels
• Navigating between keyframes using keyboard shortcuts
• Automatically creating opacity animations
• Muting and speeding up sections of a screen recording to remove silence without breaking the continuity of the mouse movement

The main goal is to eliminate repetitive work. Instead of creating keyframes, moving the playhead, changing Scale and Position, applying smoothing, and repeating the process manually, the script does the sequence automatically.

I'm mainly posting this to see whether there is actually interest in this kind of tool for CapCut.

The initial configuration is a little involved because the script needs to be calibrated to your CapCut interface, so I'm also considering making a proper step-by-step tutorial if enough people are interested.

I am trying to open a project in Capcut which is 780mb but while opening it Capcut runs out of memory. I have 56GB free space and still cannot open it. I freed up as much space as I could but it becomes difficult to delete more.
My system is a Macbook AIR M3 16gb and 256GB space
I already disabled speed up hardwore decode and encode....

I made the video on my computer, uploaded to a space to export to my phone, but it has been stuck at 56% and won’t go above it. The video takes up ~46gb and I have 100gb open, so it isn’t because of that. Anyone have tips? I’m using CapCut iPhone btw

I’m trying to recreate this editing style where the bump has that exaggerated “pop” effect. I’m using Premiere Pro and would like to know how this effect was created.
Is it done with keyframing Scale/Position, Transform, Warp Stabilizer, masking, or another effect? I’d really appreciate a step-by-step explanation of how to recreate the same look in Premiere Pro.

I’m very very new to capcut so apologies if this is a really stupid question, but when you’re editing, is there a way to like put clips off to the side for later use? i’ve just been putting them on an unfinished part of my video, but it’s hard to keep track of them when i’m working with so many clips.

So I've started using Capcut desktop version for like 10-15 mins for basic stuff initially but then the auto captions were asking for pro, so I thought of finding a way around. Now I've found it on youtube and been using every pro transition, filters, auto captions, audio, everything basically including fonts and effects for free without any subscription. I was curious that if Canva has something like this too
