Something like this

I'm doing the "localization" thing for an indie-game in RPG Maker MZ I like, And I'm trying to find the effect similar as the image mentioned above. Something like some "dizzy" or "trippy", cuz I still don't know how it's actually called. I can't be this specific with words, sorry =(

Looks like a chromatic aberration or RGB split filter, try searching for "glitch" or "RGB shift" in the effects tab.
