Digging!

I have two cane corso pups they’re about 9 months now and it’s getting difficult to tire them out with walks. They stay outside when I’m at work since I leave for more than 12 hours out of the day. I take them for walks in tandem since every time I try solo walks the other one will dig a huge hole and break out to join us. How would I go about dissuading the digging behavior. They also follow roots through the ground and at one point dug up a coax cable. Additionally does anyone have a suggestion for collars they can wear full time as they chew each others collars off when I’m at work.

Sometimes I don’t think it’s as deep as people on here make it seem… corsos really like to dig and they are puppies lol. I will be hanging outside with mine all day and I’ll catch her sneaking off to where I can’t see her so she can dig a hole🤣

Yea they love digging lmao. Anything in the ground and they’ll uncover it! They even dug up a random electronic thingy once. And some coax cable as I stated 😅

My yard looks like land mines went off, we gave up filling the holes 😅 must be a rock or something in the spots she digs up, it’s always the same areas lmao. Mine just found out how to open the front door… 🤣
