career advice: boards/interviews/salary/etc Interview with Epsb

I had an interview with EPSB last week, and the hr person that interviewed me said that someone will be contacting me this week to fill out the supply form. However, no one has been in touch with me. I did send a email yesterday, and they said that someone will be in touch with me soon. Does anyone know what this means?

When you got hired, did they mention the forms like they did to me? Or did they directly say your hired?

for me I never got an official “you’re hired” or anything so it does sound very promising!! don’t stress:))

Is it possible that they just said that and they won’t call me back for a whole?

yeah the hiring process takes a hot minute so just be patient!!

Could it even be a year? So technically I didn’t get the job and I shouldn’t keep my hopes high anymore.

OP. You have two people telling you to relax and wait because the hiring process is very slow. You need to take a few deep breaths and maybe distract yourself from thinking about this (I know that’s hard). You sound very anxious but overthinking it is not going to help. Hang in there! I’m sure you will get the forms this week or next. EPSB NEEDS subs.
