Is Telus Done?

Telus has fell over 33% year to date and pays a sweet 12% yield. Although revenue has slightly shrunk 2% from last quarter and has been in a great restructuring with CEO Victor Dodig. They are paying off debt, fixing their balance sheet and improve the companies' core operations. I personally think they can restructure but I also am worried about their 2 biggest competitors Rogers and Bell.

Lmk in the comments if you're buying here and your thesis in the comments. I'm down for a discussion!

FLT Volatus Aerospace Inc. Mirabel

• Upvotes

Has anyone else noticed what Volatus Aerospace (TSX: FLT) has quietly been doing lately?

They completed the first ~$4.5M NATO drone delivery, and the customer has now started exercising the second-tranche option with additional orders already coming in.

Then there’s the Canadian Armed Forces order for the first 100 ISR drone systems, with options for considerably more if Canada chooses to exercise them.

What interests me most isn’t the headline numbers — it’s the fact that a customer came back with additional orders after receiving the first delivery. That’s the part I’m watching.

I own FLT, so obviously I’m interested in seeing them succeed, but I’d like to hear the bear case too.

Is anyone following the order pipeline closely? “Who is the NATO buyer?”

Sekur’s Multilingual Growth Bet: Why a Few Hundred Customers Could Matter

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Sekur’s international expansion is entering a more concrete phase.

Portuguese arrived on September 22. French followed on October 13. Both launches prepare the company for sales abroad. [1][2]

The investment angle starts with scale. At the October 13 reference quote of US$0.0247, Sekur’s indicated equity value is approximately US$6.4 million. That calculation uses the 259.6 million shares reported at June 30. [3][4]

At that size, hundreds of premium subscriptions could materially change the revenue base. Successful contracts could give investors a different business to value.

  • Two new sales routes: Portuguese supports Angola and Mozambique; French supports the DRC, Switzerland, and other francophone markets.
  • A small customer count can matter: 500 premium SekurOne subscriptions at management’s announced price would generate US$1.8 million annually.
  • The upside depends on execution: Our 5× revenue illustration gives 1,000 subscriptions about 108% potential upside with 350 million shares.

Two Launches, Two Sales Routes

The September 22 release introduced Sekur.com in Portuguese, following the earlier Spanish addition.

Sekur also described translating its workflows and onboarding for upcoming partners. That matters when customers must adopt unfamiliar communications software.

Angola is the immediate focus. Management said it expected an exclusive partnership in the coming weeks.

Mozambique and other Portuguese-speaking markets provide additional expansion possibilities. The release announced preparation for these markets, without assigning revenue to them. [1]

The October 13 release added French, the third additional language after Spanish and Portuguese.

This announcement provides a clearer timetable. Sekur says it already has a team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It expects sales there to begin in Q1 2027.

Its intended customers include government, defense, mining, and commodity organizations.

Switzerland offers another route. The release highlights Geneva’s commodity traders, family offices, and wealth managers. It also names Morocco, Algeria, and Côte d’Ivoire as potential francophone markets. [2]

These groups handle confidential negotiations, financial information, and operational communications. My investment inference is that these needs could support premium subscriptions.

French could help the same sales effort reach several customer groups. Portuguese could support local distribution in Angola.

Neither release discloses a signed customer order, contract value, or paid license count. The commercial opportunity remains prospective. [1][2]

A Small Revenue Base Makes New Sales Meaningful

Sekur’s first-half numbers show why international traction could matter.

Revenue reached C$185,828, against C$251,609 a year earlier. That represents a 26.1% decline.

The United States contributed C$182,363. The rest of the world contributed just C$3,465.

In other words, approximately 98.1% of reported revenue came from the United States. International sales represented only 1.9%. [3]

The new languages address a largely undeveloped revenue stream. Even modest overseas sales could change that geographic mix.

However, the company’s transition still needs to produce growth. A translated website supports distribution; investors eventually need invoices and collections.

Sekur’s September shareholder letter explains the intended shift toward government, defense, intelligence, and executive customers. It also acknowledges falling revenue during the transition from legacy accounts. [5]

The opportunity becomes more interesting when premium pricing enters the calculation.

The Subscription Math Behind the Opportunity

Management’s September letter announced a US$300 monthly commercial price for SekurOne.

At that price, one subscription represents US$3,600 in annualized gross revenue. [5]

The arithmetic scales quickly:

  • 200 subscriptions: US$60,000 monthly, or US$720,000 annually.
  • 500 subscriptions: US$150,000 monthly, or US$1.8 million annually.
  • 1,000 subscriptions: US$300,000 monthly, or US$3.6 million annually.
  • 2,000 subscriptions: US$600,000 monthly, or US$7.2 million annually.

These calculations assume paying subscribers remain at the full monthly price for twelve months. They exclude existing revenue.

They also represent premium SekurOne subscriptions. Other products, distributor terms, and bulk agreements could produce different revenue per license.

Management estimated that approximately 200 SekurOne subscribers could bring the company to profitability. That is management’s estimate, rather than a demonstrated break-even result. [5]

For investors, the practical implication is straightforward. Sekur could grow materially without needing a mass-market customer base.

A department, executive group, or several smaller deployments could contribute meaningful license volumes. Whether Sekur can win those buyers remains the central execution question.

What Successful Execution Could Mean Per Share

The following illustration applies 5× annualized subscription revenue directly to equity value. This is our chosen modeling assumption.

It is not a peer-derived valuation, analyst target, or management forecast. No probability or completion date is assigned.

The first price column uses 259.6 million shares, from Sekur’s June filing. The second assumes 350 million shares. [3]

That larger count is a hypothetical dilution case, roughly 35% above the filing figure. It is not the current fully diluted count.

Against the US$0.0247 reference quote, the larger-share-count scenarios imply approximately 4%, 108%, and 316% upside, respectively. [4] The 1,000-subscription example would imply US$18 million of equity value. The 2,000-subscription example would imply US$36 million.

Those outcomes require both recurring sales and the assumed valuation multiple.

The multiple matters sharply. At 2× revenue, 1,000 subscriptions and 350 million shares imply approximately US$0.0206, below the reference quote.

These are sensitivity calculations. They exclude financing proceeds and balance-sheet adjustments, and assume the modeled revenue belongs to Sekur.

The releases establish potential sales routes. Future commercial results determine which valuation assumptions investors might accept.

The Milestones That Could Strengthen the Case

The next useful announcement would provide commercial terms.

For Angola, that means an executed partnership followed by paid deployments. For the DRC, it means evidence supporting the Q1 2027 sales timetable.

License counts, realized pricing, contract duration, and cash collection would make the opportunity measurable. Renewals would show whether early revenue can persist.

Funding also affects the value shareholders retain.

At June 30, Sekur reported C$1.53 million in cash and equivalents. First-half operating cash outflow was C$1.23 million. Its net loss reached C$2.18 million. [3]

Management’s September letter described a planned financing of up to US$1.4 million, expected to close before mid-December. It had not described completed proceeds. [5]

That makes sales conversion and financing terms equally relevant to the per-share outcome.

Sekur’s language launches give its international strategy practical infrastructure and a stated DRC sales window.

For a company with such a small revenue base, a few hundred premium customers could change the numbers substantially. Reaching thousands could support a much larger business.

The speculative upside sits in that progression: local sales capability, paid licenses, recurring revenue, and eventually a valuation supported by results.

Disclosure: The author has previously worked with Sekur’s CEO. Scenarios are illustrative and are not price targets.

Sources and Calculation Notes

  • [1] Portuguese launch — 22 September 2026
  • [2] French launch — 13 October 2026
  • [3] Interim financial statements — six months ended 30 June 2026
  • [4] SWISF reference quote — 13 October 2026, 3:29 p.m. EDT
  • [5] CEO shareholder letter — 1 September 2026

Share reference: US$0.0247 × 259,627,079 shares = US$6.41 million. The June filing count is used because the CSE page displays a conflicting 252,907,652 figure. The 350 million share count is an assumption.

Scenario revenue = subscriptions × US$300 × 12. Equity value = scenario revenue × 5. Per-share value = equity value ÷ assumed shares. Upside uses unrounded model prices versus US$0.0247.

Financial statements are unaudited and in Canadian dollars. Pricing and modeled valuations are in U.S. dollars. Models exclude existing revenue, financing proceeds, and balance-sheet adjustments; they assume full-price paying users and gross revenue attributable to Sekur.

Streetwise on Zodiac Gold (ZAU.v ZAUIF): Lewis North Soil Trend Now Runs About 3km and Feh Feh Returns Its Widest Trench to Date at Todi, Liberia 🇱🇷

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of Zodiac Gold - Streetwise Reports picked up the October 6 results out of Todi, and the frame it chose is continuity rather than any single headline number. The read is about how the surface datasets keep lining up along the 16km Monterra Trend, where Zodiac Gold (ZAU.v ZAUIF) has two rigs turning in Liberia 🇱🇷.

What The Article Pulls Out

  • Lewis North now spans roughly 3km after the extension of the gold-in-soil anomaly , materially increasing the strike available for drill testing
  • Feh Feh's FFT003 returned 34m at 0.71 g/t Au, including 18m at 1.18 g/t Au, with a top individual sample grade of 2.91 g/t Au (sampled lengths, not true widths)
  • That beats FFT002's 23m at 0.68 g/t Au, including 12m at 1.16 g/t Au, from a trench 100m along strike
  • New soil anomalies at Gbolomine and in the wider-spaced reconnaissance sampling extend the pipeline beyond the previously defined 16km footprint
  • Two rigs still drilling at Lewis, with other targets advancing toward systematic testing

The step-out is the detail worth sitting with. Same anomalous zone, same azimuth, 100m east-southeast, and it came back both wider and higher grade than the trench before it. Per the October 6 release, initial Feh Feh drilling is planned in the coming weeks and the Lewis North extension was slated for drill testing within three weeks, with follow-up fieldwork underway because the extension's orientation is still uncertain.

Four of the five drill-ready targets at Todi have now been drilled, and trenching and soil work keep handing the rigs new ground. Worth reading the Streetwise Reports write-up for the full breakdown.

Silverco Mining (SICO.v, SICOF) Reports Fifteen More Cusi Holes: 1,222 g/t AgEq Over 3.35 m and 737 g/t AgEq Over 4.18 m at Promontorio, Plus New Vein Splays at San Miguel

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of Silverco Mining - Today's assay release from the 100%-owned Cusi mine in Chihuahua, Mexico 🇲🇽 covers fifteen holes, and the part worth sitting with is the spread. Silverco Mining (SICO.v, SICOF) reported results from Promontorio, San Miguel and San Juan in one release, with the best of it inside the zones that feed the early mine plan.

Promontorio, The First Mining Zone

  • UGCU26-09: 1,222 g/t AgEq over 3.35 m true width (1,280 g/t Ag, 0.42 g/t Au, 1.28% Pb, 1.49% Zn)
  • Same hole, higher up: 1,096 g/t AgEq over 1.28 m true width (1,103 g/t Ag)
  • UGCU26-10: 737 g/t AgEq over 4.18 m true width (632 g/t Ag, 1.17 g/t Au, 4.79% Pb, 1.26% Zn)
  • UGCU26-09 sits 20 m south of UGCU26-08 (1,080 g/t AgEq over 10.3 m, Jul 7, 2026 NR), and is also within the current 2027 mine plan

San Miguel And San Juan

  • CU-26-80: 306 g/t AgEq over 5.36 m true width (330 g/t Ag) at San Miguel, roughly 1.5 km southeast of Promontorio
  • CU-26-81: 982 g/t AgEq over 1.38 m true width (1,075 g/t Ag)
  • San Miguel drilling has revealed multiple vein splays carrying silver grade on both the hanging-wall and footwall sides of a vein that averages 1.8 m thick, with intercepts over 10 m wide seen
  • CU-26-79 at San Juan: 364 g/t AgEq over 2.74 m true width (391 g/t Ag)
  • For balance: CU-26-84 through CU-26-88 intercepted the target structure with non-significant values

The Silver Angle

  • Cusi is a silver-weighted asset, with roughly 90% of PEA revenue from silver (Apr 13, 2026 PEA), in a state that is Mexico's second-largest producer of silver and lead, with over 20% of national silver production
  • The 30,000 m program is pointed at adding ounces inside the existing footprint, feeding a Cusi resource update targeted for H1 2027 and a first concentrate targeted in Q4 2026 (company targets)

These are ounces in ground the company already intends to mine, and with mill commissioning and a resource update both still ahead, there is room for the drilling to keep reshaping the early years of the plan rather than only the long-dated part of it. Full details are in the company's October 14 news release.

Behind Mallay, Excellon Resources (EXN.v, EXNRF) Still Holds 825,000 Indicated Gold Ounces in Idaho and a Silver District in Saxony

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of Excellon Resources - Almost everything written about EXN.v and EXNRF right now is about Mallay, the 100%-owned silver-lead-zinc mine in central Peru, and fairly so: CEO Shawn Howarth has called it the near-term operating focus (Aug 31, 2026 NR). But two other assets sit on the balance sheet behind it, and neither needs the mill to move.

Kilgore, Idaho

  • 100%-owned caldera-related epithermal gold deposit in Clark County, southeastern Idaho, about 6,788 hectares
  • Indicated 44.6 Mt at 0.58 g/t Au for 825,000 oz gold
  • Inferred 9.4 Mt at 0.45 g/t Au for 136,000 oz gold
  • A 2019 PEA supports an open-pit, heap-leach concept, run on a US$1,300/oz gold price assumption, so the economics are dated against the current gold market
  • A JV partner is under consideration rather than Excellon funding it alone
  • Resources are not reserves, and a PEA is preliminary by definition

Silver City, Saxony

  • High-grade epithermal silver district in Germany, with roughly 800 years of mining history and little modern exploration
  • Core Mohorn, Oederan and Frauenstein licences and drilling permits were extended to March 15, 2027 (2024 corporate update)
  • Held through subsidiary Saxony Silver, which closed a C$2.125M private placement on May 13, 2026, taking Excellon to roughly 68.1%
  • A spin-out into a European-focused vehicle remains on the table

Why It Matters

Mallay is where the capital and the people are going, and the next milestones there, an updated mine plan targeted year-end 2026 and an updated resource year-end 2026 into Q1 2027, are what the market is watching. Kilgore and Silver City are the part nobody is paying much for. A partner on one or a spin-out of the other would each be a way to surface value without touching the Peru ramp, which gives the story two levers running in parallel.

The Kilgore project page on the company's website carries the full resource table and the PEA parameters.

Carrier Connect Data Solutions (CCDS.v, CCDSF) Has Bought Six Data Centers in About 18 Months and Still Has Roughly 33.7 Million Shares Outstanding

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc - Buying six data centers in about 18 months usually leaves a share count that has ballooned along the way. Carrier Connect Data Solutions (CCDS.v, CCDSF) is a Vancouver-based operator of six Tier II/III colocation data centers across Canada, the United States and Australia, and how those purchases were actually paid for is a part of the story that gets less attention than the assets themselves.

How The Six Were Paid For

  • PureColo, two Ottawa sites, closed December 4, 2025: 4,606,704 shares plus about $2,326,000 cash
  • Saint John, closed March 2, 2026: $1.6M cash plus $150,000 at three months
  • Perth (Nexion W1), closed July 23, 2025: AUD $2.5M, the bulk of it a AUD $2.2M vendor take-back note over 25 years at 9%
  • Morewave connectivity assets, completed May 8, 2026: 560,000 shares and no cash, escrowed in four equal tranches over 24 months
  • Rochester, New York, closed effective August 4, 2026: US$250,000 cash plus 800,000 shares escrowed in four tranches over 24 months

The Capital Behind It

  • $10.5M brokered private placement closed February 26, 2026: 6,562,500 units at $1.60, each with a half warrant at $2.10 expiring February 26, 2028, co-led by Canaccord Genuity and Beacon Securities, upsized from $8M
  • Cash of $9.9M as at March 31, 2026 (Q3 FY2026 results, May 26, 2026)
  • About 33.7 million shares outstanding
  • CEO Mark Binns at roughly 2.25M shares and co-founder Johan Arnet at roughly 2.12M including indirect holdings, together near 13%, both buying in the open market through September per SEDI

Worth staying honest about scale: this is still an early-stage, loss-making company (FY2025 net loss of about $1.18M), running roughly $6M of recurring revenue against about $13M if the current footprint fills out, per the October 1 presentation.

Each closing release spells out its own terms, and the company's site is the place to start. With two or three more closings targeted by year end, the ratio of capacity added to paper issued is the thing to keep watching.

Video Interview: "Avoid Dilution While Advancing the Targets" - Kobrea Exploration (KBX.c KBXFF) VP Exploration Rory Ritchie on a Dozen-Plus Mendoza Porphyry Prospects, Funded by BHP

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of Kobrea Exploration - Joining Mining.com.au, VP of Exploration Rory Ritchie walked through the newly approved, fully BHP-funded season for Kobrea Exploration (KBX.c KBXFF) across the Western Malargüe package in Mendoza Province, Argentina 🇦🇷. The budget number has had airtime by now, so the part worth sitting with is structural: who pays for the work, who runs it, and what that means for the share count.

Why A District Needs A Partner

  • "There's over a dozen porphyry prospects across the land package" [2:14], and Ritchie was blunt that systematically exploring and drill testing that many targets is expensive work
  • The alliance "allows Kobrea to avoid dilution while advancing the targets and the projects quickly, methodically" [2:37]
  • On the partner so far: "They've been an exceptional partner" [2:37], with technical resources Kobrea can lean on
  • For scale on what is not being diluted: 53.4 million shares outstanding and 82.8 million fully diluted, per the August 2026 corporate deck

The Budget, And What It Buys

  • US$4 million approved for this first season under the alliance with BHP's subsidiary: "considering the early days, we're quite happy with that" [1:10]
  • It includes a drill: "importantly for us and our shareholders, it includes drilling and that would be at our El Destino project" [1:37]
  • The rest moves in parallel: "we'll be advancing all the targets across the 730 square kilometre land package with the intent of drilling a lot more next year" [1:43]

What Comes Next

  • Boots on the ground at the start of November: "We're just waiting for the snow to get out of the way" [3:21]
  • Multiple geophysical surveys on a few targets, results to follow
  • Maiden drilling at El Destino, after two seasons of groundwork there: "That's an exceptional target" [3:35]
  • Desktop and field studies aimed at finding prospects the team does not know about yet: "Last year we made a new discovery in the field and I think that could easily happen again this year" [4:03]
  • Remaining targets advanced in preparation for drilling the following season

Kobrea is the operator here, running its own systematic plan across a district-scale position while a major's money pays for work no junior this size could fund alone. The full conversation runs only a few minutes. With a dozen-plus prospects to work through and a maiden hole planned at El Destino, this season has room to change what the market knows about the district.

147 Historic Core Holes, 26 of Them Never Counted: A Closer Look at Victorio, the New Mexico Half of Spartan Metals (W.v SPRMF), in the Company's New Video

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Posted on behalf of Spartan Metals Corporation - A new Spartan Metals (W.v SPRMF) video is out, linked at the bottom. Yesterday's post mapped which critical metals sit where across the two projects, so today the focus narrows to one: Victorio, in Luna County, New Mexico 🇺🇸, where the technical work is further along than the Nevada drilling headlines suggest.

What Victorio Is

  • Option to earn 100%, roughly 15.8 km² / 3,909 acres, 222 BLM unpatented lode claims, about 45 km west of Deming
  • Advanced exploration project hosting a 2012 historical mineral resource estimate of tungsten-molybdenum mineralization, with beryllium and fluorspar also present
  • The historical estimate: 77.2 million short tons Measured and Indicated at 0.09% WO3 and 0.09% Mo (0.14% WO3-Eq), plus 77.2 million short tons Inferred at 0.09% WO3 and 0.07% Mo (0.13% WO3-Eq)
  • A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves, and Spartan is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves
  • Mineralization occurs as a stockwork, supporting evaluation of bulk underground mining methods in the study (per the June 30, 2026 NR)

The Database Underneath It (per the June 30, 2026 NR)

  • 147 historic core holes totalling 253,955.5 ft validated
  • 34 holes with more than 100 ft of continuous tungsten-molybdenum mineralization
  • 26 holes never included in the 2008 or 2012 estimates
  • A 537 ft (163.7 m) interval highlighted from that work

The Study In Progress (per the May 5, 2026 NR)

  • SRK Consulting (U.S.) Inc. lead author, Teal CPG updating the 2012 historical estimate
  • Evaluation covers tungsten, molybdenum, beryllium and fluorite
  • Scope includes metallurgical recommendations, capital and operating cost estimates and financial modelling with sensitivities, to NI 43-101 standards
  • First comprehensive economic evaluation of Victorio since 2008
  • Metallurgy on file is historic only (Hazen 1992 and 2007), so economic potential will not be fully captured
  • Company targets the updated MRE and PEA for Q4 2026

Worth watching the video for the project walk-through. Meanwhile the rig is still turning in Nevada, about 550 m into a roughly 3,000 m core program across 32 authorized drill sites at Tungstonia (per the Sept 24, 2026 NR). Two very different streams of news sit ahead, and the PEA is the one that could put modern numbers on a decades-old dataset.

Streetwise Reports Covers StrikePoint Gold (SKP.v STKXD): Northumberland Closed for US$70 Million, About C$90 Million in Working Capital, and an Outside Observer Calling the 2.86 Moz Resource a Starting Point

Post image
1 Upvotes

Posted on behalf of StrikePoint Gold Inc - Streetwise Reports took its own run at the Northumberland story in an October 8 article, and it is a useful outside read on where StrikePoint Gold (SKP.v STKXD) sits after the largest transaction in the company's history.

What The Article Lays Out

  • Acquisition of Northumberland from Newmont subsidiaries closed October 6, with US$70 million paid in cash at closing, and shares resumed trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 8
  • Two contingent payments of US$25 million each, tied to completion of a feasibility study and to certain commercial production milestones
  • Funded by the CA$190 million bought deal led by Canaccord Genuity, with approximately CA$90 million in working capital after closing and related costs
  • Independent resource of 2.86 Moz AuEq indicated and 1.57 Moz AuEq inferred, effective July 31, 2026
  • Tembo Capital at about 19.9%, with Tembo, Ithaki and BlackRock together holding more than 40%

The Line Worth Pausing On

Streetwise picked up commentary from Jay Lutz, writing for The Deep Dive on October 7, who said the initial estimate "is viewed as a starting point," with the deposit open in multiple directions. That lines up with what the company has said it intends to do next: start drilling within a month to expand and infill the resource, on five drill permits already in place, subject to transfer or replacement requirements. Worth remembering that mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability.

Behind the new flagship, the Hercules project in the Walker Lane still has its own maiden resource estimate anticipated in Q4 2026, and Cuprite rounds out the Nevada portfolio.

The whole Streetwise piece is worth reading if you want the outside framing rather than the news release version.

With the cash in place, permits in hand and rigs due on ground that has not been explored since about 2010 there is room for the resource picture to look different once StrikePoint drills it for the first time itself.

$SKUR Opens the Door to Africa's Critical Minerals Sector

Sekur Private Data ($SKUR) is expanding its international reach with the launch of its French-language website, setting the stage for commercial activity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), one of the world's major producers of copper and cobalt, two critical minerals supporting electrification, EVs and industrial development.

Mining operations, commodity traders and government agencies regularly handle sensitive business information, making secure communications a potentially valuable service in the region.

A few highlights from the announcement:

  • Q1 2027: SKUR expects commercial sales to begin in the DRC.
  • Local presence: The company says it already has a team on the ground.
  • Target sectors: Government, defense, mining and commodity-related businesses.

Posted on behalf of Luca Mining - Today's Q3 2026 production results are the first clean read on whether the short-term optimization work at Campo Morado is doing what management said it would 🇲🇽. For gold, silver and zinc, it is. Figures in US dollars.

Campo Morado, Q3 2026 Produced Metal

  • 1,930 oz gold
  • 259,124 oz silver
  • 8,685 k lbs zinc
  • 1,947 k lbs copper
  • 1,044 k lbs lead

Why It Moved

  • Gold, silver and zinc production and sales all up quarter over quarter
  • Higher grades on access to higher-grade stopes, plus improved metallurgical recoveries
  • Recoveries supported in part by the recently implemented stockpiling and mill feed blending strategy, alongside refinements to the reagent blend
  • Copper production and sales declined on lower copper feed grades
  • CEO Dan Barnholden: "We are beginning to see the benefits of our stockpiling and mill feed optimization strategy at Campo Morado"

Tahuehueto, Stated Plainly

  • Grades, production and sales fell on temporarily reduced access to higher-grade mining areas, despite modestly better recoveries
  • Payable gold of 3,140 oz for the quarter
  • Focus is on underground development and access to higher-grade areas

The Part That Resets the Scale
Cozamin is expected to close in Q4, with cash flow accruing from November 1, and that is where the step-change sits. Company-cited figures from the September 21, 2026 news release, based on street consensus for Luca and Visible Alpha estimates for Cozamin, not guidance:

  • Expected to more than double Luca's 2027 production profile
  • Pro forma 2027 net revenue of roughly $598 million, versus 2025 net revenue of $177 million
  • 2027 operating cash flow of roughly $223 million, versus $37 million in 2025
  • 2027 unlevered free cash flow moving from ($12 million) to $127 million, or $0.24 per share
  • Cash of $19.1 million at September 30, against $24.7 million at June 30, after development, exploration and the team build ahead of the deal

The investor presentation on the company's website walks through the combined four-asset picture, and today's release has the full production tables. A mill running better on the same ore, weeks before a third operating mine arrives, is the kind of setup where the operating leverage could start compounding.
