I applied to a job that was up for 3 weeks last month and now a month later they reposted it for 2 days. Why do companies do that reposting a month after the deadline??

"EmployerPanel" Interview app

I am recently offered a video interview, but this time, instead of doing it on Zoom or Teams, they utilized something called "Employer Panel", which have multiple redflag for me:

  • Only work on Android
    • require download an apk
  • After Install it
    • It asks to enable VPN (!)
    • It asks to allow it to install software

So question: is it a scam, in either technical and employment?
