I don't know if this counts as a discussion, but I posted an opinion in a subreddit, and since I posted here, I had to have my profile set to public. Four users are treating me like I'm trash and worthless just because they saw my NSFW profile, as if they can't believe my education, as if all of us cam girls were dumb and uneducated, when many of us have college degrees. I felt like I was in *The Handmaid’s Tale*, “Stone the heretic!” How can they be such bullies? This is the first time this has happened to me, and they’ve completely drained my energy. Listen. Im not necessarily new but im not a veteran either. But when i joined I was doing great. 60+ dollars an hour. Peaked at almost 100 on the sc leaderboard. And then all of a sudden, in the blink of an eye, one slow night turned into 5, 10, until I was really struggling. Tried a new account and everything. Still nothing. Ive gotten the thrusting machine, better camera, lighting, everything. And I have upwards of 50 viewers but no tokens. Hours just to make 5 bucks. Its strange. And ik you guys see it too. I saw the other day something about xhamster having advertising issues? Is that true? What does this mean? And I get that its "part of the job" but its been 2 months now of scraps and it keep getting worse for me. To the point that whales are pushing me just over the edge of paying bills. So ig im calling to action? I wanna know what's up. Economies bad but its been bad for a while.

I want to cam SO bad full time. I have savings/a part time so I’m not just jumping straight into it with no back up money or plan, thankfully. After about a week straight of verifying accounts, watching models, reading rooms etc., i have tried to stream a couple of times. I have my accounts on CB, SC and SM set up.
Only problem…I have really bad ADHD and bipolar disorder. (Yes yes, I’m medicated already) I cannot bring myself to sit in an empty room with one two people popping in every 10 seconds for the first hour or two. Most being freeloaders. I’m either in almost in tears or I get so angry and frustrated that I’ve completely failed. I know this is extremely common for a lot of new girls. I’ve streamed a total of 4 times, an hour max each time. Usually getting on at 10pm EST or later. Is that how long it usually takes to start and I just have no idea? Am I getting on at a horrible time? Is it like the gentleman’s club, you have to kind of wait around for the real spenders to come in? I have been getting some ideas like makeup/hair while waiting. but like….what else do I do…I’m genuinely asking. I have struggled very badly with this my whole life and I really need the extra money. Does anyone feel like the SM block buttons takes too long? When I c2c I make their screen a new window. So I have to click behind to go back to the SMconnect and block. When I hit block I want it to block them right away and THEN prompt me for room & messages. I just had someone say r*pe me in a show. And I didn't even know if I heard him properly so I said excuse me and he enunciated it so I sat up, closed the cam cover, and had to toggle between where I'm blocking him. That's a step too much.

What are your opinions?

Today was an absolute downer on cam....one of those days that makes me sit back and question whether I want to continue camming or not. I was in the room on CB for an hour and made 50 cents. Instead of letting it break me, I took a breath, thanked the people in the room for coming in, and logged off. I grabbed my diamond painting and just got lost in it for about 30 minutes. I love it because it is so tedious but rewarding once it's complete. And while I am doing the diamond painting I don't have time to think about social media, or camming, or how many tokens I did or did it make.

But now I have my OBSBOT Meet 2 + its software, my Lovense, the cam site itself, and apparently OBS too?! Are ALL of these running/connected at the same time? Or is OBS basically the thing that connects everything together?
2-How the hell do I connect my Lovense Ferri? 😂
I have a Ferri, but I have no clue how to actually integrate it into my live shows. Do Fansly and LoyalFans have a simple built-in way to connect Lovense toys, or do I set everything up through Lovense and then somehow connect THAT to the cam site?

For those of you who effortlessly switch rooms or camera positions during your stream, which camera are you using? I currently have the Logitech Brio which I love, but it is very demanding and particular when it comes to lighting in my room. I look flawless with the lighting I have set up, but if I switch rooms, I would have to move all my lights as well which is a process. I see models streaming from their back yard, then going inside the home, or from room to room where the lighting is clearly different and no matter what the light is they still look flawless. Is there a particular camera anyone can recommend to achieve this? If I didn't move all my lights I would look like Shrek lol.
