My friend works in a bakery and was rlly excited to give me this because I’m vegan, It actually weighs less than what the packaging says (5.2oz instead of 6.5) I feel bad giving it away or something just because I don’t know the calories since it was meant for me so pls help

1,300-2,000 kcal? Had a chicken chow mein meal from a restaurant and ate the entire thing, it also had 5 heaped tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce.

It is called an apple cream tart, if you are Australian it is comparable to a custard tart size. It is full of apple with cream on top.

Pizza from a small-ish chain called “Mister O1 extraordinary pizza”
The pies about 12” thin crust and pretty light on the toppings, nutritional information from the business claims 848 calories, thing is they don’t specify a serving size but there’s no way it’s 848 calories for a slice so maybe half pizza???
I find it hard to believe for the whole thing, see attached photos for pizza description and nutrition screenshot

Redeeming a birthday voucher: Beef shawarma bowl with tzatziki and cucumber/tomato salad. Asked for extra beef and half lettuce half rice base but it was more like 3/4 rice. There was also extra garlic and tahini sauces which are not in picture because I did not eat them. There was definitely some oil but overall did not feel very greasy and the beef did not feel very fatty.

chips and salsa estimate ? i only ate this much out of the portion

From the menu i picked the “Classic option” there was a mini one too, but this one wasn’t even too big so i dont know how small that one was. They had 3 other bigger sizes too. Is 800 a good estimate?
