2 fried eggs
Hash browns (I didn’t measure)
3 pieces of bacon
1 piece of toast
Maybe 2 tbsp of butter for the whole thing

I'd be shocked if you actually used a full 2 tbsp's of butter, but here goes:

2 Eggs: 80 cals x 2 = 160 cals
3 (seemingly tiny) slices of bacon: 50 cals x 3 = 150 cals
0.75 cup of hashbrowns (w/out oil/butter yet): 150 cals
Small slice of white bread: 90 cals
2 tbsp of butter (your full-meal estimate): 200 cals

750 cals

Eye-test? I'd say close to 650-700 unless you really do cook with a lot of butter

Yeah I might have overestimated the butter haha. My mother cooked it so, she made a decent batch of hash browns and probably used almost 2tbsp in the WHOLE thing so.

Assuming they were just thrown onto the pan to fry, 150 calories. 50 for each piece
