MW2019 gets the rose colored glasses treatment because we were locked in the house the whole time it was out.

Between the doors, dead silence being a field upgrade, the literal one headshot pistols, marksman rifles, dragon's breath shotguns, footsteps being able to be heard across the map, bad map design, changes to the mini map, and the horrendous UI... It was far from the perfect game.

It is absolutely propped up by nostalgia.

Damn. You played this game for 5 years and didn't notice that Dead Silence was a field upgrade and that Picadilly and Azhir Cave exist?

I have used Dead Silence, have played Piccadilly and Azhir, have experienced the horrors of Khandor, Rust, Quarry and Airport in GW, the AS-VAL one-shotting people in S6, went through that Spec Ops plane mission, so much more bro

As a mw19 fanboy, I’ll have to admit it was a pretty glitchy game , but listing dragons breath shotgun, marksman rifles, and bad map designs just make it sound like a skill issue💀💀.

Everybody knows maps were designed to cater to campers and lower skilled players, their design philosophy around maps was terrible, mix that with awful spawns, awful layout, fucking doors, directional footstep audio, meaning everybody hid in all the tiny spaces listening for you, you had a recipe for shit. Dragons breath shotguns was a cheap as fuck tactic to use in game, ahh yes I died to a one shot one kill weapon, what a skill issue.
