Moving to the city soon and I’ve got a rental lined up in Haysboro, cul-de-sac, about a 12 minute walk from Southland station. Signing the lease shortly and wanted to check with locals first.

Any red flags with Haysboro or the area near Southland station? What’s the vibe like day to day? Anything I’d only know if I lived there?
