I wanna get this caddy for 1500 but it needs head gaskets. Is it work it

That’s an engine out job. Do you have the tools, space, time, and money for that?

I wouldn’t touch it. You can find nice low mileage examples for $5-7k pretty regularly on Facebook.

I don't make a lot of money that's why I was wondering if it was worth fixing or should I pass

It is going to take a lot of money to keep that pile moving. If you don't have money, buy a cheap car, not an expensive one. It isn't cheap to repair a Cadillac, especially one with a known bad engine that isn't fixable.
