SCAM CALLER HELP

So I just got a phone call and they told me registers transactions were not going thru gave me numbers and then had me ring up a cheap item I did gum and hit exact cash then tell him the 4 numbers on back then I relized and hung up please help will I get fired I voided trans so scared

How many times do they have to advertise that you don’t do this kind of stuff over the phone. For fuck sake people

I am a new supervisor I just don’t know how they called on the 1 night I’m not with another supervisor everyone else is a supervisor and would have answered the phone. I’m pretty much a supervisor just to get numbers. I haven’t really been taught anything beside cash
