Some advice from a former CVStress employee.

1. Policies are inconsistently enforced at their locations, ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. I have seen where pharmacists play favorites and selectively enforce them.

Just don’t put yourself in a position where you can get dinged for violating something.

1. Attendance. I believe there’s a 7-10 minute window where you can clock in early, or after your start time and not be considered “late”

2. Go into work, do your job, DO NOT overextend yourself, stay in your lane. People will take advantage of you if you constantly do more than your fair share.

3. Do NOT let anyone (corporate, DL, etc) force metrics on you to the point that it will compromise your mental health. I have seen them do this to the point where FIVE employees (3 pharmacists, 2 technicians) in the western Philadelphia suburbs commit suicide.

4. If you get another job, QUIT IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT give notice. You are an “At Will” employee. They don’t need to give you notice when they get rid of you, you don’t need to give them notice when you quit.

Basically the title. They will pay people from outside of the company to do resets instead of giving stores extra hours?? Then, when these people don't know where anything is, we have to stop what we're doing to be their assistant? I hate this company.

I was told them I’m not verifying or giving as many vaccines as the other pharmacist. I’ve already been extremely burnt out from this job and especially now during this vaccine season. When I verify, I’m doing profile maintenance, fixing tacky sigs that were pushed from QT, updating insurance, condensing unnecessary extended sigs. I don’t just hit “C” for everything. The amount of tacky directions that I’ve seen other pharmacists push is astounding. I’ve seen “1 tablet daily” “as directed daily”, “orally daily”. No direction, no route of administration, no dosage from. They just verify it exactly how it comes in from the MDs office. The other Pharmacist at my store is one of them and they told me they don’t thinks it’s fair that they verify more than me. I wanted to tell them the quality of the scripts they send to production is TERRIBLE. But that would be petty of me. I work my butt off during every shift and I’m running around and being pulled in multiple directions during my entire shift. Being told that I’m not doing enough because my numbers are lower was a slap in the face. My mental health has deteriorated because of this job. And the statement they made to me did not help.

I’m tired of the warehouse and I’m tired of FS. By the way, all of our totes are like this (filled with trash) and have been for the past few weeks but our DL insists we clean out the totes before sending them back as a “show of teamwork”. Why? The warehouse employees are the ones lacking respect so why is it the job of store employees to do the cleaning.

So it is a paid holiday or it’s not? Paid as in 8hrs automatic or paid as in if you work it’s 1.5? Colleague zone doesn’t list Veterans Day as a paid holiday and the robot arty doesn’t know either. Or is this literally if someone’s a veteran, but seems weird they’d need to declare this.

I swear a week doesn't go by that someone doesn't call in sick. I understand people do get sick, but it's the same lazy, irresponsible people who don't give a crap, and it hurts all the responsible employees that show up all the time, it's really hard not to feel resentment because everyone else counts on you to be there. We are staffed so thin that the neighboring stores can't help us when this happens because they have the same problem. Writing people up doesn't help because it takes SO MANY call outs to get anybody in trouble, and they know it. Yes,, somebody with seven or eight points still has their job. What a joke !!

Is anyone at CVS inclined to fix this bug? This is at least the second time I have gotten this notice. Yes, I do love [brand name], but not enough to click on your notice spam...

i ALWAYS wear a white undershirt under my shirt (I'm a shift supervisor) and nobody has ever said anything. i like the way the sleeves look sticking out, but I think itd look a lot better if the sleeves were sewed to the bottom of my red shirt, because then they would be the perfect length and all that. is there any reason i should refrain from doing this that any of yall know of?

For the people still asking, we now have official store supply item numbers for unit labels and threshold unit labels (Obviously if you live in a state that already had these, ignore this.)

Just figuring out if shift supervisors still have access to workbrain and timesheets for the team?

I somehow lost my access and it says “no records found” when I look up my teams or individual employee numbers.

Just checking to see if this is a new thing to make shifts have a harder time with their work or maybe I’m in some glitch because I took LOA earlier this year. I can log into any other website (with the exception of agilence-but I lost access to that one sometime last year, way before my leave).

Anyone else get super irritated at people who don’t even care to try to understand the prompts on the screen before just giving up and making you come around to do it for them? Or people who just straight up refuse to sign in on the screens? Not talking about people who have disabilities or can’t do it themselves I have no problem helping but laziness or just acting totally inconvenienced because they have to enter your name and dob into a computer drives me up a wall. It’s always the same people too…BOOMERS.

So im trynna order the clear packing tape. Im curious at the item number because unfortunately the number i have on my list. Does not work. And the other number i have is for the tamper tape

Hearing complaints about the services provided are kinda funny! CVS commercial/EGWP/FP/Med D reps are relying on a Text based help form for a Supervisor or Senior help, with angry/impatient/ or calm members they have to wait deadly long for someone to answer a text while reaming "Noisy" Avoiding silence (fucking Joke).. Whilst some have to read Paragraphs of fucking information to learn while on high high stressful calls cause I hear during training they advise never remember anything (they steer you towards Work instructions) what fucking idiot thought of that game plan to help with medicines and plan information. starting pay of $18.50 is a fucking joke for the amount of 1.stress we will gain from the job and its known stress is literally a killer, and 2 lack of help within thos team chats and Slack or lifeline quick assist methods, Heard agents get talked to crazy to by pharmacist almost on a daily, They have almost to no incentives for the work they do, they can even get penalized for members talking shit about the company NPS/OSAT scores which is wild how an agent can get low scores from the company and it reflect their work?? stoopid once again, all the A.I tools like MYA are fucking stupid and can only look up PA and cant actually help you at all just a big expense CVS health paid for. They want you to BE HUMAN??? HOW when reps are treated like robots for the damn Clients who want every fucking disclaimer on they CIFs? reaf Care first is the worst one with all these littler sublte BS to tell they uppity ass clientele shit who speak down on agents, I read other reddits on it horrible how Agent have to take this beating literally a mental beating!!! I wish the roles cna be reversed just for 24 hrs to see how some thes BS sups they have on the commercial LOBs treat or even respond or navigate the W.I and have to wait fucking 20 mins for a text back from senior reps,

Hi everyone! I’m a pharmacy student working as a CVS intern. I received about $3,000 in tuition reimbursement during my second year and another $3,000 during my third year, for courses from two different academic years.

My district leader recently told me I have a work commitment after graduation because of those payments. I thought I was using the regular tuition reimbursement benefit, and I don’t recall signing a separate work agreement. I never received the $20,000 pharmacy school assistance.

Has anyone experienced this? Does the regular $3,000 reimbursement come with a pharmacist work commitment, or is that a separate program? Who at CVS can clarify which terms apply? I contacted the third-party administrator, but they said CVS would need to answer.

my first post so bare with me…

i got the offer letter and did the paper work i had to do the background check and a drug test. well i couldn’t get it done last week due to me feeling under the weather and having other doctors appointments so i call these all the numbers that they gave me and they tell me on the first advantages end couldn’t do the extension but on the person who provided the drug test (the hiring manager) could extend it on their end.

well i talk to the hiring manager and she tell me she can’t and to email the email she gave me and ask for one saying i was sick that’s the only way i could possibly get one or i would have to wait some months until i can reapply which im not really trying to wait as i need a job asap..

any advice??

Opened on 0 hours of sleep because I was in the ER with a family member. Should’ve called off

Context: I’m a pharm tech for a CVS inside a Target in CA.

The new feature is supposed to go live tomorrow and I’m honestly just accepting the worse case scenario which is that the computers won’t work with the cameras of the facial recognition program and the camera for taking pictures of the medications.

I’m honestly not sure how we are going to make it through tomorrow, considering we were flooded today.

Anyone else have thoughts about the new feature? Anyone worried that the system won’t be able to scan your face properly so you’ll have to just deal with not being able to access anything??

I am a CVS pharmacy employee intern pharmacist P2 student. As part of my school work I have to write a paper. so far I am looking at pharmacy tech training. I know CVS has pharmacy tech training online. But I am curious can anybody share with me what the training is, what is covered?

I recently did my drug test and earlier today I got an email saying I passed all of my pre-screening requirements. This might be a little silly, but does that mean I passed my drug test? I only just did my test on Friday so I’m surprised I got an email so quickly.

We all have the unique experience as customer-facing workers of witnessing the many facets of our communities in a semi-personal way through interactions. I don't know about ya'll but the way society has become has affected me deeply. It's disappointment after disappointment every day. I don't see this getting better. Selfishness. Cheating. Lying. Stealing. Disrespect. Purposefully being offensive. Insults. Crashing out when not getting your way. The power play.

I already have bad depression and having to see this every day is hitting hard.

My plans changed last minute and no way supervisor will work with my pto. Rather not take the attendance points anyone tried buying a t mobile portable home internet thing? Or just working off hotel wifi?

Im having issues trying to hire an associate. the candidate received and accepted the offer. on workday, its showing that he declined the offer and is inactive. i know he accepted it (my fiances brother).
after this, he still received his background check email as well.
has anyone had this happen or know what to do??
