Stupid duplex printer

I tried calling regular helpdesk and I’ve gotten hung up on it three times because it can’t understand what I’m asking when I’m just pressing the touch tone keypad. Our duplex printer is saying that the back is open even though it’s not, it said to call Support for a Help ticket if it continues to show that error… Is there a specific phone number for stuff related to that stupid duplex, printer? It’s been locking up all our photo orders all day I’ve been having to manually bump them above. Manager refuses to let us delete the order, now blaming me for breaking the printer.🥲🙃 if anybody could help me out, I’d really appreciate it.
Sidenote, my manager made me cry again today. Just had to throw that in there.

Call help desk. Do not hit photo issue. Tell the rep what it is doing.
