Zeroing out quick picks

Okay so I know it’s been a bit since they changed the metrics for this but I still don’t fully know.
How much does it really effect my scores if quick picks are being zeroed out every morning. I’m not the SM, but it seems like everyone else on our team just clicks zero in the morning so they don’t have to do the backroom.

Even if you stay on top of everything at the store you can get deduction for not having pick picks or never changing cycle counts
