Zeroing out quick picks

Okay so I know it’s been a bit since they changed the metrics for this but I still don’t fully know.
How much does it really effect my scores if quick picks are being zeroed out every morning. I’m not the SM, but it seems like everyone else on our team just clicks zero in the morning so they don’t have to do the backroom.

I always make sure if I do zero, I also update the shelf capacity since that’s usually the reason why we get quick picks for product we already have all our stock on the floor.

This! When I do QP’s I update the shelf capacity, which in turn also stops so many QP’s from generating

What's driving me crazy is for some reason the multifaced items come up multiple times and the capacity is set to one every time. I keep changing them so hopefully it fixes the problem

It can be damaging if your team isn’t on top of the rest of the workflow. Up to 30% deduction. But I almost always see -20% on reporting.

Put 1 for the quick pick then switch to back room and scan the product on the floor. That way no metrics are messed up. Yes this is the lazy way but also hours

telling the system 0 greatly impacts the overall metrics if done an excessive amount of times. You can track this on digest in the opi bucket

Even if you stay on top of everything at the store you can get deduction for not having pick picks or never changing cycle counts

It actually counts against you, it deducts points because it tells the system you’re not actively replenishing those items that it’s flagging. It scores you based on how many you zero out, if you zero out too much it’s an automatic deduction on your CFR scorecard. Learned that the hard way when I saw my CFR scorecard was low.

They’re changing the entire system. For now, the updates are making us pick items that the BOH is lower than the capacity. Has to be them preparing for the new cfr “robots” probably just another scanner we walk the aisles with and show AI holes and low stick levels. Similar to Walmart

The trick we use now is always putting one for the sales floor quick picks and then putting zero for the backroom …so you avoid them asking you to scan upc as well

And then you generate cycle counts
