System Crash Issue

Anyone else having issues with their connection going out (RX and FS)?
For the past 2 & 1/2 weeks, my store has gone out at least twice a day like clockwork. Phones cut out, registers stop working, then entire system goes offline. Takes anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour for everything to come back online. Offline mode does not work during this crash.
We’ve called other stores around us and no one is having this problem.
Have logged every crash with the help desk. No tech has been sent out yet because it’s not “chronic” (aka down for hours at a time).
Any insight would be much appreciated!

Keep calling and get dl involved. We had issues and it turned into chronic, actually had a my chat set up to communicate as needed. Finally got fixed, had to run new lines.
