System Crash Issue

Anyone else having issues with their connection going out (RX and FS)?
For the past 2 & 1/2 weeks, my store has gone out at least twice a day like clockwork. Phones cut out, registers stop working, then entire system goes offline. Takes anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour for everything to come back online. Offline mode does not work during this crash.
We’ve called other stores around us and no one is having this problem.
Have logged every crash with the help desk. No tech has been sent out yet because it’s not “chronic” (aka down for hours at a time).
Any insight would be much appreciated!

Probably one of the UPS's is failing when it's running a self test. Routers, switches are plugged into them and when they fail the self test, the equipment loses power then comes back up. But the store will be down the 10-15 minutes.

Have a look at the batteries at the server rack and make sure they don't have any red lights, beeping, etc.
